The check-in process was fast, the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Turki, thank you for your help. They have 3 towers (A, B, C). We booked a room for 4 people and got it on the smoking floor of tower C. If you want a non-smoking room, please inform them during check-in because we got a room on the smoking floor. Unfortunately, the amenities are not very complete, only soap, shampoo, and hand body. There are only 2 towels, and no slippers. The room is not very spacious, the bathroom is also very small. The hotel is close to the Masjid al-Haram and on a hill, so you have to be prepared to walk uphill.

The hotel has been very nostalgic since returning 21years later . Not much has changed about the hotel in terms of the appearance, but it’s still clean . The service was very fast and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill but the hotel provide concierge service on a buggie down the hill and it’s a short walk to the haram. Overall I had a good stay and would come back again .

Hotel was great and near to Al-Haram..staff was attentive and helpful..been greet by Mr K asking the experience..he was warm and welcoming..over all was great!
