Staff were okay, hotel rooms are quite old looking and totally not worth what you pay for. All night you will hear taxi and bus drivers beeping and the windows feel like they are open full time. Very dim lighting in the rooms and the beds are very hard. Reception did not make any effort to remedy this or help fix the issues I was facing. Washroom is old too and the quality of the room is overall not good and especially advertising as a 5 star hotel the hallways smell like cigarettes letting other customers smoke somehow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone at all as this is the reality. The walk to the haram is very far and crowded so I recommend paying the same the amount else where. Hotel did not budge to refund or even help relocate rooms.

Location was good compared to to trip.com hotel deal, liked the rooms but that much, has facilities not good amenities in the room, but lift was available in the rush hour.
