Boudl Ajyad

Clean and cozy. Not too cramped. Friendly staff.

This hotel carries the name of a well-established Saudi company, from which we've come to expect excellence in everything. Unfortunately, this hotel is an exception. Starting with its location next to a mountain base, cell service completely cuts off as soon as you arrive at the hotel – you're totally disconnected from the world. Secondly, the hotel seems to be primarily for tour groups, with all services, including the restaurant and facilities, catering to them. You pretty much only get your room. Thirdly, the cleanliness and furnishings don't live up to Boudl Hotels' usual standards. When I booked, I did so with complete confidence just by seeing the Boudl name, which I now regret. I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did. Thank you.

It was a pretty good hotel. The location, cleanliness, parking, everything was great.

It was a very bad experience due to poor hygiene and lack of attention to room cleanliness, and also because of the lack of cell phone service in the hotel.
