Hilton makkah has always been among my favourite hotel, the only disadvantage is the distance which is slightly far from the main door of AlHaraam. The interior was excellent and the friendly staffs are commendable. I got a partial haraam view as previous The breakfast menu was superb too

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights, booking 2 rooms for 6 adults. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were generally helpful, from the bell staff who assisted with our luggage to the reception and room service. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the Haram, though the walk is slightly uphill. On the first night, the extra bed we requested did not arrive, and we had to follow up again the next day before it was provided. It was a bit inconvenient, but overall our stay was still comfortable

Big clean room to rest when performing umrah. Walking distance to masjid haram new extension. It was a last minute booking for my ustaz. Front desk Abdul Rahman was helpful and emphathatic when I shared I need a last minute room for my ustaz who has no place to rest and he allowed early checkin. When you check in at hilton, look for Abdul Rahman, a gentleman. ********** if I can come to perform umrah, I will book hilton convention hotel.

I stayed here in 2019 and returned on December 4th, 2025. From the reception to check-in, the service, and the room, everything was excellent. I loved the room with a view of the Haram and slept soundly without any noise disturbance. There's also a prayer room on the 3rd floor. The hotel has a wide variety of international buffet food, and the service is outstanding. Staff in every department are always quick and helpful. I liked and was most impressed with the Hilton Convention Jabal Omar.

Great hotel but my stay was short

Reception staff is efficient. We faced issue with the TV, the technical person came, then disappeared without any explanation. We call again, another person came to solve the issue. Room service offers limited menu - need to expand the selection. Overall our stay was OK.
