Novotel Makkah Thakher City

The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

The hotel is very good. Clean. Good staff. Easy check out. Complete amenities only the location not really strategic compared my previous hotel. But overall i love this hotel snd the price is affordable.. thanks

The receptionist was not very friendly to guests. The central air conditioning was extremely cold; even after turning off the AC in the room, cold air from the corridor still entered the room, making it remain cold. This is not suitable for elderly guests. When we complained about the AC, the receptionist was unfriendly and did not try to offer any alternative solution The hotel is quite far from the Haram. The location of the shuttle bus at the Ghaza terminal is also far and very inconvenient, especially when returning from prayers during peak season.

I recommend this hotel. It's very clean. And has everything you need.

We book 3 bed room but the third bed was not good enough, also less pillow it's not fair if all 3 like that I would mind but one different then other it's not accepting, I check previous reviews someone mention late check out no issue but when I ask they said have to pay , Overall good but shuttle drop area is not correct place have to walk very long , other 4 stars they drop Clock tower that area , less walking

This is the first time ever I felt disappointed staying at this hotel. 2 days in row my room was not getting cleaned, I put the trash bin outside the room so that they have initiative to clean up the room, but they only took the transh and changet the plastic bag instead.

I had an amazing stay at Novotel Hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful . I’ll definitely come back next time.
