For my recent Umrah journey, I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights at this hotel. Fast & easy check-in & checkout processes. Though its location is far from Haram & despite the long walks, it was worth having to return to clean, cozy & comfortable hotel rooms. My family & I loved our stay here! 😊
The location is great, but there’s a bridge that makes it difficult to reach the hotel’s front door. However, the hotel provides a bus service to and from the Haram, which makes commuting much easier. I initially arrived by taxi, and it was challenging to access the front entrance.
Excellent stay at Al Ebaa hotel, very good service from reception staff and all others staff , only 5 minutes walk to masjid AL Haram mosque , great environment, great daily cleaning by hotel boy , good complimentary service, all staff are very nice and helpful .excellent twin room with haram masjid view

Has everything you need especially if your focus is on ibaadah. The price is also pretty much unbeatable for what you get. If you arrive earlier than your check in time you can keep your luggage with the reception as the hotel is usually fully booked during the holiday months.
One thing to note though is that with crowd control measures at the haram you often do need to walk a lot more than what maps would tell you so you should plan ahead to be outside and pray multiple congregational prayers before heading back.
There are some affordable restaurants underneath where you can get stuff for 10-15 sar. Just a quick shawarma had us energised for the day.
The receptionist did not know about the online booking, when i came into the hotel they didn't have the confirmation for the booking reference which until i finished my check in time they still didn't confirm it.
They must check the bathroom or toilets. Some of the amenities inside need to be repaired. Like the shower, sink, the wash water sprinkler
Security staff, specifically the younger ones are quite rude. They aggressively single you out if you don't look stereotypically wealthy and demand your hotel card at C level.
The pictures here are after I told them to clean the bathroom. Not sure what the cleanliness standard is at this hotel when it comes to bathrooms.
I also pointed out to what looks like an insect breading nest, the cleaner spinner me a story and said it was paint.
Now that I've got the negatives out of the way. We lived the location. The room itself was up to standard, just one day, I had to call numerous times to get it cleaned.
The food at the restaurants were top quality. Really enjoyed it.

We've stayed here a few times and it's always been a smooth experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team is super helpful and available throughout the day.
It's about a 10-minute walk to King Abdul Aziz Gate of the Haram. For most, the walk is fine, but if you're in a wheelchair or have mobility issues, it might feel a bit far.
Overall, a great value stay with friendly staff and all the basics covered. Would definitely stay again
