There was still trash in the bin. They checked me in without emptying the previous guest's rubbish.

Poor value for money. Stains on sheets and towels and bathrooom surfaces. Poor maintenance is apparent every where. Noise from road quite disturbing that’s why hotel provided ear plugs. Sounds from other rooms quite loud.

Strategic location and hotel provide free parking, water dispenser in each floor for guest to refill drinking water. And also free flow of coffee and milo too. Nothing to complain on the price that I paid.

Clean and cozy, recommended to all who travel solo and only for overnight

Location wise is good, many restaurant nearby within walking distance; ample of parking behind the hotel too, they do provide coffee for free even milo or white coffee refillable! The room are clean but bed are way too springy, pillow are too soft & shallow can’t support our head. There was a power db in my room making frustrating noise whole entire night, these low frequency noise really drive me crazy. I even need to switch the whole power off to silence it, bathroom are way too narrow, dimmed and lamp r blinking. Sound proof pretty bad especially nearby the road. Overall ok, but won’t be bk anymore

Strategic location, convenient and good customer service.

Ohh I really love the concept suit as its name! Easy to find the location and not so noisy. The room was soo comfortable for two and clean! overall it was all satisfied so far. Thank you
