I had a very smooth and pleasant experience overall. The information provided through WhatsApp was very clear, fast, and helpful, which made everything easy and convenient for me. The staff responded professionally and answered my questions promptly. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything went smoothly from check-in until the end of my stay. Good location for most of the city. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Didnt have time to use all of the gym and pool features, but wouldn't hesitate to rebook and stay again in the future...
