Apartment was dilapidated and broken. Walls were full of water marks and leakages. Doors were broken - bathroom doors cannot be closed. Place was dirty with ants crawling on kitchen tops and in the bathroom. Power sockets we're not working. Entire place was old, broken and not well maintained. Bed mattresses were extremely old and feels dirty. Could not sleep on it. Bathroom towels were dirty. Do not get unit T3-26-02. Extremely bad.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

We truly urge those who consider this unit to think twice before you book. Our unit assigned T3A -12-09, 10 of us, we booked here to celebrate my mother, son and husband birthday. And also our 20th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately the environment and the layout of the apartment is disappointing. 1)we arrived at the apartment, thinking we have to checked via The Shore Hotel and Residence lobby. We Q for 30 mins to check in , end up they told us someone should contact us prior to check in tell us where to pick up the keys. We DID NOT receive any email.or.call giving instructions how to check in 2) we went around asking , trying to call the contact number given in our booking confirmation, no one pick up the call. We end up directed by valet parking staff to checked with tower guard. Finally after 1.5 hour struggling we found our keys to the apartment. 3) when we checked in , we realized the futon bed is a thin dirty foldable thin mattresses.(refer to photos) Without extra pillows nor mattress cover. Only 2 pieces of thin blanket provided. We have 10 pax, 2 of the guests had to sleep on floor without blanket and pillow. 4)at the end we decided to look for another hotel near our place we booked.2 more rooms for our guests for another 2 nights. The futon bed is really a disaster. We do not want them to sleep so uncomfortably. 5)the lift up and down also took more.then 20 mins to get into the lift 6) toilet is moldy and smelly, shower head is with stains. The dustbin in toilet is black and moldy. 7) my niece used the hair dryer provided , half way through the wired broke and there were sparks on the wire. She quickly threw it away. This is really dangerous. 8)swimming.pool was very packed. And the basket ball court all very worn out 9) our overall stay experience was 2/10. 2 because the location is good and lots of food around the area. 10) please think twice if you want to consider booking this place. Ruin your holiday. I normally give good rating to most of they hotels or apartment we booked. This time.i truly think I have to share.my honest experience.

all good, just some minor creepy who doorbell in the mid of the night but the unit is clean, spacious and good. will definitely book again.

We didnt bring any car, no comment about parking. The unit is enough for 6 adult. Aircon work good at living room, but not at the 3 bed room. They need to fix it. We have decent stay at the unit, towel and drinking water provided. One thing minus from the building is the Elevator, only 2 slow Elevator to provide all the unit with 26th floor. There is one time we need to go emergency exit just to go down to the ground floor. 😅

Good location good hotel, nice place. Mall below is rather pathetic with nothing much. However do note that address on trip.com is wrong. Please get correct address from host. We went to the wrong address and was totally avoidable if info is accurate.

Apartment very clean and spacious. The view is fantastic. Check-in was early and easy.
