We checked in early on 19th March and were charged RM50 for early check-in. After spending the day outside, we returned to the hotel and found that a wardrobe panel had fallen down beside our bed. Fortunately, we were not in the room at the time. We reported the issue and requested a room change, which was granted.
However, the situation got worse on the night before check-out. After being out the entire day celebrating Raya, we returned to find that housekeeping had entered and cleaned our room without our permission or request. And my iPad was locked due to multiple incorrect password attempts.
We reported everything to the receptionist, but the response was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. No proper action was taken. No accountability. Nothing.
We had no choice but to check out and return to KL. When we tried to request a refund afterward, the hotel blocked us on WhatsApp instead of resolving the issue.
This is not just bad service — this raises serious concerns about safety, security, and integrity of the staff.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Overall: Extremely poor service, unprofessional staff, and a very disappointing and concerning experience.
