My stay at this hotel was fairly decent for a short trip. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the free outdoor parking provided for guests. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bedsheet did not seem properly changed, and there was a brownish stain in the middle of the bed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. There was also an incident during the night when the safety box suddenly started beeping unexpectedly. Thankfully, after calling the front desk, the staff responded very quickly and came to solve the problem professionally, which I appreciated.

The hotel has a good location, excellent facilities, and spacious rooms. Parking is convenient, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Breakfast was also decent. Overall, it's a good hotel. However, the front desk staff were a bit indifferent, which was a significant drawback. Hotel staff, especially at the front desk in a tourist city, should be more welcoming.

The hotel was old and dirty. There were paint chips on the walls, the wallpaper in the room was peeling, and the walk to the room was dark and unpleasant. Everything in the hotel felt outdated and unclean. I will never stay here again.

Quiet comfortable for one night stay. I very satisfied is the ev charging station provide. Th receptionist so far okay the attitude. Not bad.

Everything else was okay, but the breakfast was really disappointing. They didn't bother to replenish the food after it ran out, which is something they really need to address.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and with easy access to a variety of great restaurants.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of Malacca's old town. When I checked in, the Malaysian lady at the front desk collected a 50 RM cash deposit from me (which another front desk staff member refunded when I checked out the next day). Additionally, she charged an extra 28 RM for some unknown fee (Ctrip showed an 8 RM world heritage fee was due). I stayed for two nights, and Ctrip deducted 475.47 RMB upon checkout. Room 512 faces west, offering an open view of St. Paul's Hill. The room didn't have a safe or slippers, but it did have a refrigerator, toothbrush, hairdryer, wardrobe, and hangers. The air conditioning was central and could be set to a very low temperature. Upon entering, I accidentally pressed the 'make up room' button next to the door. Later, after I had gone to bed, a staff member rang the doorbell to clean. They were very responsible; I had to get dressed and explain in person that I didn't need the service before they left.

Booked a connected room (2 rooms with a connected door) for a family trip. The location is ideal as it is close to restaurants as well as tourist sites. Given the price the room is value for money. There is also a roof top pool facing malacca strait. The tourism tax paid to the hotel was charged for two rooms while the hotel reservation was treated as one booking for 1 connected room ( up for 4 person)

Booked online is better since holiday season the hotel gonna be packed and fully-booked. Some part of this hotel is under construction, so alot of facilities is unavailable to use. No gym, no rooftop bar, no in-house restaurant. Checked in process is fine, but the receptionist is not very friendly. Breakfast food type is Chinese food, but kinda spicy. Overall nice buffet spread for the price. Parking is free, but shared with other hotel and maybe public also can park there because no security guard. I wanna use the EV charger to charge my car, but even got 4 bays, since the area space is limited, cant use all bays or else gonna block the road for people to go in and out. Got frustrated with non-EV car that parked at the EV bay (even receptionionist cant find out whos car is that). Hotel room is fine, clean enough and comfy for the price and location. Other than I cant charge my car and the non friendly receptionist during check in time, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's a leisurely 1.4 km walk to the Dutch Red House church, passing a Starbucks and McDonald's along the way. The hotel has its own swimming pool, and the water quality is very clean. My parents really liked it, and the room was spacious enough. The only downside is that the carpet and facilities are a bit old.

Easy checked in. Just need to pay RM 50 for deposit & RM 4 for Melaka Heritage. Stunning view from the pool side. My kids loved the pool.

Overall a nice hotel to stay. Cleanliness is well maintained and location was convenient. Compared to similar price hotel nearby the mattress was surprisingly nice.

This the second time im staying here. First time was a week ago and the staff was fantastic but unfortunately this time there was this guy(i dont know him/her) was very rude. Totally pissed me off, if you cant be nice and polite in your service industry then better just stay at home!!! Very arrogant.
