Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the poor upkeep, cleanliness, and dining experience. Upon check-in, someone’s used plates were left stacked outside our room and remained there throughout our entire stay until the day we checked out, which reflected very poorly on housekeeping and overall service standards.
The room, especially the bathroom, was poorly maintained. The sink and shower areas had deteriorating sealant, visible stains, damaged grout, and an overall worn-out appearance that did not meet expected hotel standards. On top of that, the lighting in both the room and bathroom was extremely dim — so poor that it was difficult to even properly see your face in the mirror.
The high tea experience was equally disappointing and honestly one of the most pathetic spreads encountered. There were only about 4 to 5 items available, with very limited variety and poor presentation. It felt poorly prepared and far from what would normally be expected from a hotel high tea experience.
The only plus was the location to the main town and mall was very accessible.
Unfortunately, the overall stay felt neglected, poorly managed, and lacking attention to detail.
