We checked in quite late and the front desk is still able to check us in smoothly. The whole hotel has the industrial look and feel, good for photo taking! The bed is slightly hard but still managed to sleep well. The toilet is not the cleanest as we still see some stain and dirt. Overall the location is good and plenty of parking space. Also as this is a heritage hotel, we will need to pay additional RM4.

Rosa Malacca has a very strategic location with lots of delicious local food just steps away. The hotel features a stylish industrial-themed design that’s very Instagram-worthy. The room is big and comfortable. The only downside is the room acoustics, as noise from next door can be quite clear, and the oily smell from breakfast sometimes spreads into the room in the morning. Overall, still a pleasant stay with great location and unique design. Strongly recommend to stay with rosa

This hotel's design is absolutely stunning, with surprises around every corner! The service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, assisting with doors and luggage. It's also not too far from the attractions and very quiet, so no noise disturbances.

Had a pleasant time staying at Rosa Hotel. The hotel interior design is very attractive and amazing. Was so impressed with every single details and parts of the hotel. Will surely repeat the stay here and can't wait for my next stay.

The location is a little away from the city center, but overall I was very satisfied. The hotel is clean, the building is stylish, and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel currently was doing upgrading and renovation so bear in mind if you want staying there. Booking site or hotel management Should Inform Customer Before booking been make! The noise was right next to my room and the receptionist pretending like nothing happen there. Totally Not Acceptable for A 4/5 stars hotel. FYI the renovation won’t done in short periods because is a major building expanding.
