the room is okay. Not clean because i saw a peanut on the floor. The breakfast is ok. Overall oka

Smoke smell in the room and toilet, although this is a non smoking room. We have to use our own air freshener. Better bring own towels as the towels provided are quite old. Room is spacious. There is a ceiling fan in the family room, as the aircon is not cold enough. Breakfast is decent. However, I would suggest hotel to provide jam and butter in individual pack instead of in big bowls. It is not very hygiene for everyone to use the same spoon to scoop and spread it on the bread near the toast area. The hotel is about 10 mins drive to Aeon mall. Ample car park space behind the hotel and it is free. The lift is quite old and looks like going to break down anytime when you are inside.

The room didn't come with slippers, and when I asked the front desk, they said they ran out! The hotel's pillows, pillowcases, sheets, and duvet covers were all incredibly dirty, with various stains that were just disgusting to look at! All I can say is, book with extreme caution, or better yet, don't book at all!

Good place with nearby attractions and eateries around. Clean , comfy and affordable for short stay.

Place is clean and neat, check in took bit while 45min the front desk admin is very accommodating and helpful . Close to malacca river and bridge. Lots of food to try out but need to walk. Walking distance to Ban Lee Seng Luk luk (sate celup)

Check in time is SRTICTLY after 3pm. Under staff at reception. A long Q. System brake down and very slow in check in process. The management awared that heavy check in during weekend but too strict to be check.in after 3pm...even came a second staff at reception.. Guest still need to wait at long Q. Very poor planning and no hospitality mind set. I definitely do not recommend this bad hotel. Original room.assihned with bad smell and unacceptable. Hotel allowed changed room.. The window has no view in this category. No drinking or mineral water provided in the room. However water dispenser is outside the room. Location is about 1.5km to jongker street.

We booked 2 room. Fast check in services from well trained Staff. Near many Shop and near the store u can buy Staff for kids . Wee enjoy Street and viral food

The staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of parking, and the room offered a beautiful view.

Friendly staffs. Rooms need some improvement. Strategic location. Amenities basic only. Suitable for 1-night stay. Breakfast okay.

Location is good, staff is friendly.  Need to fix the plumbing and water heater system in level 5.  Good value for $, but very small fixes in plumbing needs and water heater systems are required

I chose this hotel due to its location. For the price point, maybe could go survey for the other hotel. Room wise, not comfortable at all. Windows cannot be opened and the room odour is smelly. Cleanliness not so good. Thanks

Basically value for money for the not fussy visitor. Ample parking, nice lobby, friendly front desk staff. Room maintenance a bit slack though: 1. Dripping aircon - done up immediately when I notified front desk. Drippy aircon must have caused the warpped flooring over time. 2. Shower faucet loose, spraying water everywhere if not held down, wetting the room 3. No shower curtain to prevent oversplash Apart from that, it is fine.

Cleanliness room need to improve further which i believe the hotel have done on new painting for all units/areas. Guests lift available 1x unit..with small capacity...and beware on your vehicles parking which a lot bird spread eapecially on your roof car😁..its like black magic drawer
