The first time I chose this hotel and downstairs there was not much food when it was night time. The room is big and spacious but the pillow is too hard for us and compared to other hotels. Basic things provided such as the refrigerator, hair dryer and hot water too. Reception when night time if wanted to validate the parking ticket at the counter there were no people there and needed to wait. ( Hope the counter has people no matter how late. )

Excellent room. You get what you pay for. The city centre isn’t far less than 2km. Very spacious room. U get a sea view. Clean room. Don’t expect the bed to be of 5 star ya. They even have board games and books in the lobby for guests. Surrounded by many eateries. Lots of popular breakfast spots around so you may skip the hotel breakfast. Highly recommended

Should have saved RM100 and go for the Standard Deluxe room which is also accommodating 4 people.  Anyway we have had a great stay there.

Room was very big as we booked the 2 rooms with queen size bed. Everything provides is very basic as you can see from the picture. Flooring is without carpets like hotel. Provide the basic stuff like 2 sets of toothbrush, 2 cups, one soap and 1 small bottle of shampoo and body shower.

The room is clean and spacious. The internet could be improved. The location is good.

Room less desk/table to use. Aircon not cool enough even switch to max. Parking tunnel too small. Hanger just provide 2 only.

The best ever hotel with an amazing view that got us a peaceful night . The bathroom was so big and it was so nice as well the rooms and toilets were neat and tidy. Thank you for the service ! 😊

The best hotel in town. The room is so spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff is also very friendly & helpful to us. I booked two connecting rooms & we were satisfied. This hotel is new so we hope the hotel remains good, clean & good service in the future.
