The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel room was beautifully decorated and spacious. It wasn't humid inside, the bathroom was clean, and all the facilities were new. There's a small elevator which was a huge plus, saving us from climbing stairs. The location is quite central in Jonker Street, making it convenient to get everywhere.

The location is right inside Jonker Street, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're taking a Grab due to the street's activities. The room itself was a bit small; once our luggage was open, it was hard to move around. The staff's attitude and cleanliness were decent, though.

The location, room, and staff were all excellent. It's just a few seconds' walk from Jonker Street and a few minutes from Dutch Square. The room was stylish and clean. However, once the weekend night market starts, Grab cars can't access the area. I thought it would be fine in the morning, but it wasn't. Thankfully, the front desk attendant kindly showed me a designated pickup point and even guided me there. The breakfast with choices was also a nice touch. If I ever visit Malacca again, I'll definitely consider staying here.

Great location, especially if you’re visiting during the weekend for the Jonker Night Market. It’s in a tourist-friendly area, making it a good choice for first-time visitors to Malacca. Grab waiting time can be slightly longer due to the busy location, but still acceptable. Also convenient as it’s near the bus pickup point at Casa Del Rio

We stayed at Timez Heritage Hotel Melaka after reading many positive reviews online, but unfortunately, my actual experience was somewhat disappointing. The room itself had a few issues—there were mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable, and overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, as it’s close to Jonker Street. However, do note that the road closures in the area mean that if you’re taking a Grab, you’ll need to walk out to Jonker Walk to be picked up, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage. Service was a mixed experience. The check-in staff were polite and made a good first impression, but not all staff were equally attentive or helpful. In particular, the night duty lady staff could have been more responsive and welcoming. The hotel does provide free breakfast, which is a nice touch and adds some value to the stay. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were decent, improvements in cleanliness and staff consistency would make a big difference.

This hotel is located next to Jonker Street in Melaka. It is within walking distance to the Red House, which is extremely convenient. There is a night market on weekends, making the location perfect for exploring. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive, always ready to assist guests. I also appreciate the simple breakfast provided, which was sufficient for us. There are plenty of restaurants, local stalls, massage shops and eateries nearby. The only slight inconvenience is that the road is closed during the weekend night market, so we have to walk to the entrance of Jonker Street if we want to take a taxi. However, this does not bother us much because Melaka is great for city walking, and overall transportation is still quite convenient. Great location, warm service and highly recommended for family travelers!

The hotel's location is excellent, situated on a small street right next to Jonker Street. It's super convenient for exploring, dining, and shopping as soon as you step out. Room was good and clean. Very easy access to nearby parking lot and Jonker walk is just round the corner from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and will return again soon.

Superb location, just stone throw away from Jonker Street, yet it is quiet for a good rest. Clean and strong water pressure for good shower! Complimentary breakfast is an extra bonus - simple set but delicious. Highly recommended. Our fourth time.

This time, my stay at Timez Hotel Melaka was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic; it's just a short walk to Jonker Street, making it incredibly easy to find food at night. The hotel is small but beautifully designed with a lot of style, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. As soon as I entered the room, I felt comfortable and could just relax. The price is also reasonable for a place like this, definitely good value for money. The Indian lady at the counter has terrible service. Worst check in experience. I asked for my passport after the check in process and she lied to me that she had returned to me. Left me panicking for 10 mins as I remember very clearly that she did not return it. She then handed me my passport and told me she already returned. She displayed zero guilt and not a word of apology. I was confused and very upset. I will never return to this hotel and definitely won't recommend it to anyone. The other Malay male staff was polite and apologetic though.
