Swing and Pillows properties in Melaka

I like the fact that this hotel is in Melaka Town. All attractions is walking distance. Near Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan, and many more. Oh not to forget, the parking spaces is free 👍🏼

The pipe head is loose. Be careful when open or close the pipe head. The pillow fabric has a dirt spot. The cleanliness of room needs improvement. The hairdryer cannot open. Exchange the hairdryer with another hairdryer. No water bottle. Collect slippers from the counter at level G. The staff is helpful. Free car parking but it's limited. Better bring own towel.

The room is OK, staff friendly but try not to speak to me in English. If you are driving and parking at the public car park, be aware of the bird above

Good hotel. I had a spacious room with a window and a pleasant view from it. It was clean, with fresh linens and towels. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't running at full power, but it cooled the room to a comfortable temperature. The shared shower was a bit inconvenient because there were no hooks to hang towels and clothes, or a shelf to place shower gel or soap. These are small details that are part of the basic necessities. Just like a mirror in the room, which was also missing. But as expected, there are water coolers with free, accessible water. The woman at the reception was very friendly and pleasant. They respond quickly to WhatsApp messages. Check-in was easy. They answer calls. I wish this hotel and its staff prosperity. They are doing a great job. I would gladly stay again, in the same room with flowers in the window.

This Swing & Pillows branch is quite new and conveniently located close to the town centre. Easily accessible to foods and getting around nearby places. The room was cozy and quiet, with acceptable cleanliness. Window view was great. The bed and pillows were new and comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi and TV were not functioning during my stay. Ample parking is provided, which is definitely a plus!
