He's a thief and on Chris**as day robbed me of money that i very much needed. He has no empathy for anyone and purposely was very unhelpful. Left me in tears when i paid for his accomodation but my phone wouldnt access his link to pay a deposit of €100. I was not there for leisure but had a baby at 30 wks and desperate to get back to UK with two children in tow with a disability. Chris**as day and i begged for help to access his link or a refund. Not interested and purposely antagonised me. Look elsewhere! The owner is mean and happy to keep my money even though the moment i paid i begged for a refund. My device didnt work to pay deposit and stuck in another hotel with 3 kids....one premature and two with disability. He took my money and *********** asked him politely to refund me.
