No staff at the reception when we arrived at 4pm, so we had to use local line to contact them. The room is big. Have to park in the public parking which is around 10mins walk away from the hotel. Hotel located in small alley.

Lovely hotel with spa that can be booked and used privately by the hour. Kind service and very central. Room full of amenities.

Great place to stay downtown!

Overall, everything was good, including the location, home a**osphere, and service. However, there is a slight smell from the bathroom. It is more spacious and comfortable than a hotel.

The room we stayed in was on the first floor. It should be better upstairs!

Beautiful room, well equipped in a great location. Only downside was smell from bathroom drainage. Spa was extra and quite expensive per person but if you booked it it was for your own use. Walking distance to museums, port and cathedral.

We booked a studio which smelled of sewage didn’t have any wardrobes or closets and air conditioning didn’t work. On 2nd day I complained and lovely receptionist apologised and moved us to a bigger apar**ent. Much nicer very spacious and well equipped. Love the little welcome drink and snacks on arrival. And we loved using the washing machine and dishwasher. Only gripe was room cleaning which happened once

The apar**ent was in a great location and quite well equipped, however an awful smell of drains, door locks that didnt work, blinds that didnt work, so couldnt block out the light, and lumpy beds, spoiled our stay, way too expensive for what we got, plus communication seemed a bit of a problem

We had very lovely and comfortable stay i your hotel. Airconditioning did spread a little bit of bad smell to the apar**ent but no other complaints. Personel was helpful and very nice also.

The location was perfect! The room was really good, but the availability from the reception and communication from some people was really bad.

Within walking distance of everything (restaurants bars shopping taxis) very safe area. 💯 will be back

Apar**ent was ideally located in historic center. It was easy to access and staff were friendly. Only minus was lack of air condition. Especially during night it was quite hot.

Great place to stay in the city center; easy walking to a lot of sights like the cathedral, Picasso museum, market, etc. Elisa was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful! If driving a car, will need to park either at Camas (nearer the apt) or at Tejon y Rodríguez parking lot (about 5-6 minutes walk to the apt). Wish could have availed of massage but apparently it was always booked and only done during the day. Would have loved to have a massage in the late afternoon or early evening after a day out walking around.
