It is a modern students dorm which is small but useful. Very close to the center and attractions. They can provide iron if requested.

The location of the hotel warrants higher rates than they charge. That's the first value. The area is SAFE, quiet, close to the Eastside and the beach. We walked EVERYWHERE we wanted to go, including to the bus #2 stop across the walk bridge which goes 8 stops to the Botanical Gardens for less than $2 each. The hotel is designed around a system of ecology where, you must put in a hotel card, the same as for your door, into a receptacle at the inside of the door so that the lights and AC stay on. The shower flow is surging, and as such, if not toned down manually a bit, will overflow the drain. The hotel water is typically european and boiling! None of these are criticisms but rather awareness for those not from Europe. These are all actually excellent things. I found the rate consistently 300% lower than all adjacent hotels, each with a restaurant anyone can order from and eat at. IF you are in Spain to practice Spanish, RESA might be your best place to stay! Why? Because it's the only hotel immediately adjacent to a Spanish citizen occupied apartment complex! I didn't find ANYONE with whom to practice Spanish in all of Centro, otherwise! Just because I don't want someone to suffer as I did, I have one piece of Málaga knowledge to share with you IF you are coming to Spain in the hopes of practicing Spanish. Save yourself days of pain and heartache by knowing that Málaga, from this hotel eastward, to the beach all the way to the fortress DOES NOT SPEAK SPANISH AT ALL! You can believe me or suffer from not believing me. Up to you. Málaga is divided into three main equal parts. If you're a tourist and you don't care about Spanish, skip all this. Spaniards work very hard in East Málaga and they don't have time to talk to you at all. West Málaga, where you'll save up to 400% on everything, is where Spaniards live. A hat which is 12-15 euro in Eastside is 4 euro Westside. The restaurants in the Westside are better and 300% minimum less expensive. You'll need Spanish. If you came to Málaga for Spanish and Spanish people, plan you trip as a 1-2 day run-through of all the tourist crap and then, the rest in the West and North. Don't be scared! Spaniards are the kindest and Spain is the safest of Europe.

We spent one night here, an easy walk from the train station. Great location with super friendly staff. Fun stay. Room was plenty sufficient for the great value we paid. Accommodations were very comfortable, roomy bathroom, comfy bed, good air con, great use of all space in the room.

Positive Points: The location is really central, i reached the Hotel from the Central Train Station within 12 min of walking. The price was really low considering the room size, the location and the season. Negative Points: The temperature of the room was not livable. It was warmer in the room than outside. And it was 34 degrees outside, so I'll let you imagine. At night, unable to sleep, I complained to reception, at which point they reacted and manipulated something. But the air conditioning started working only slightly better, making the room just a little more liveable but far away from beeing under a agreable temperature.

Location is ok, the rooms are clean and new, just some ants around. The daily cleaning service is grea Guys working at reception don’t even greet you, the approach may be warmer Prices are high for being a student hostal I didn’t use the common kitchen

I spent three nights here at the beginning of October 2021. The location of the hotel is good, near to the old town and all its attractions. The hotel is new and modern, my room was spotless, clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. There is a roof garden too. If l was to visit Malaga again, l would definitely check this hotel out.

The hotel is quite new. It is not even on the google map yet! I guess this hotel caters to people in a business trip or people simply look for a basic room. The location is really good actually. It’s not far from the train and bus station and close enough to the old town. All are walkable from the hotel. The room is simple but it has everything you need for good sleep. There is no breakfast offered but you can go to the next hotel or old town.
