It is limited in what it provides (e.g. no TV or cupboard) but even in the limited things that were there, it was awful - no shower door so the bathroom floor got wet and slippy; no bath map to mop it up; no working soap dispenser in the shower; a flimsy door offering little security; old towels and bedding. And of course no staff anywhere to complain to or get things changed, Also the photos of reception is misleading.

Hotel is very centric. The fact that my mobile is needed to check in/ open doors and check out made me feel uncomfortable depending of internet connection and battery. I would not return.

There is no staff at all at the hotel. To enter is all digitally.Also from the customer service no one was reachable before to answer questions. Also they did not answer mails. No service at all. To get into the hotel and room was difficult with information they sent us. Luckily there was another guest who helped us to get in. We were disappointed.

The hotel is clean and close to all acomodation

Stay away from this property. The room we booked was very small and it smelled bad, which we thought would be fixed by aircon. Only then we realized that the aircon machine was not working and it was not included in this room. The room was so small it would be impossible to breathe there withour aircon. We moved away the next morning. I would not recommend to anyone. The room had 1 blanket, 1 small mirror, no soap, and it was dirty.

Une très mauvaise expérience. L'hôtel n'a pas envoyé de clés sur mon email à temps. Une personne a ouvert ma chambre à 7h du matin parce qu'elle avait réservé la même chambre que moi. Et pour le comble de malheur, l'hôtel ne répond jamais aux appels téléphoniques.

Bastante buena, lo unico que falta seria una television en las habitaciones

No lo recomiendo en absoluto, muy mala gestión a la hora de registrarnos,tuvimos un problema con una habitación y no tuvimos ningún contacto para k nos lo solucionará,no había agua caliente en la ducha y nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros para poder solucionarnoslo ,después de tenerlo pagado unos amigos se encontraron en la calle y tuvieron k cojerse un hotel .pésimo nos chafo el sabado

Bettlaken waren dreckig/fleickig, Boden sowie Bett voller dunkler Haare und Sand/Steine. Haus sehr geräuschvoll, man hört jeden Schritt, jede Konversation oder andere Dinge im Haus. Die Eingangstüre zur Straße wurde oft offen gelassen, so dass jeder ins Haus hätte können.

El depender absolutamente del móvil para hacer un check-in y un check out es incomprensible

No habian toallas. La luz del pasillo entra a la habitacion No hay luz de lectura No hay espacio de trabajo y maleta

Vous êtes des voleurs franchement

Struttura molto abbandonata, e assistenza assente. Ho provato a contattare la struttura più volte via email, ma nessuna risposta. Stanze molto piccole, letto e cuscini estremamente scomodi. Totale assenza di armadi. L’unico lato positivo è la ragazza delle pulizie che è stata carina nell’aiutarci con il check out, nonostante avessi appunto provato a contattare i titolari.
