Problem of cleaness in this hotel and maintenance foe the room.and facilities..

Very nice place just from the center to far of you are rent a motorcycle that’s good just 15-20 minutes if you can use grab Gojek litte bit will found a driver .Stuff very nice and wiev amazing because very near the beach

Lobby is very big and neat, receptionist also very nice. Location far from the others. Room is quite huge, amenities are so so. Price is very affordable with sea view and balcony, but honestly speaking the room was full of ant, and fly. The breakfast isn’t buffet, we need to order with only 3 options. Free to take were limited choice of bread, fruit, and drink. But over all compare to the price, it was ok. Pool and the view was amazing.

This hotel is good to choose for a couples. Very quiet and tropical place near the ocean. What about the kitchen , the kitchen is not so good not a lot of variety to choose . The beach has black sand . And while we were staying there, there were big waves . Anyway, you can swim .

The place is in a remote area which may make it a little difficult to access takeaways and external activities. We relied heavily on takeaways because the hotel menu is limited. Had nasi goreng every morning for the duration of our stay. The hotel does look like the owners are struggling. It’s rundown with incomplete features for both buildings. The staff is very helpful and friendly, though not trained well.

Great hotel & amenities. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, we found a rock in our breakfast & told the staff but they just laughed, we didn’t eat the breakfast again. It is pretty secluded for any food so you need to travel into town which is 20 mins away to get any food or drinks.

Nice place and comfortable

Loads of potential and most of the staff are friendly and try their best. The resort could focus on training their employees so that they can deliver services on a more higher level. They are able to do their jobs but it's very basic and doesn't fit the brand image that they are trying to portray. The food quality was not of high standard and when the hotel is not full they cold probably provide a set menu for breakfast. It may not be as good at first, but for reducing food wastage and food related health it could be beneficial. Our stomachs weren't happy when we ate at the resort because of this. For staff, you can empower your workforce by rather having a few people who are highly skilled but in a variety of areas. Maybe doing family weekends and have a kids club going to get younger families witih kids under 12 to come, as I feel like this is a great resort for young families since the beach is calm and the pools are set up like that. There is a massive area on the one side of the common area that could possibly have a play area with a little crafts centre going. The location is far from most places so if the resort focused on uplifting this would probably help a lot. It really has a lot of potential.

We were staying for a couple of days, we both quite enjoyed our stay.. just give it a try!

Good silent place, best choice of you sre tired of busy life. Room was clean, big, comfortable with the view on sea with beautiful sunsets.

This hotel has so much potential. The staff and service were amazing and super friendly. The location is isolated compared to other hotels but I loved the quiet and the sound of the waves from the balcony of my room. Half the hotel is still under renovation but my room in the other half was beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant menu is very limited however with a lot of things being out of stock even for simple things like beer or spirits so no cocktails are available despite having 2 bars which was disappointing. The food I did order was good though. Both the pool on the ground floor and the one on the top are beautiful and perfect to catch the sunset 🌅 Maybe next season will be better because like I said it has the potential to be excellent.
