Lovely resort with very good beds. Obviously the best bed mattresses possible to have. Good quality bedding and towels. Very kind and helpful staff all around the hotel. We also loved hotel's restaurant. Great choise of food, good presentation and service.

From the security personnel at the front to the lifeguards at the back, everyone is doing a great job. There are only two people whose communication skills still need improvement, but it is not a major issue; this minor shortcoming can be compensated for by the other team members.

All the staff provided thoughtful service, and the room was large with beautiful sunset sea views. We happened to catch the all-you-can-eat BBQ that night, which had a rich variety of delicious food. The bill was charged to our room number and settled upon checkout.

There are really good things about this venue like: Breakfast, great Staff - Helpful and friendly  Cleaning rooms - very basic basic often leaving dirty dishes from the restaurant and not taking rubbish that had Ben bagged for disposal  Worst and best of the pol - great location, big size but filthy and in need of a repair of the tiles Food - Good but ridiculously expensive for what it is Atmosphere is friendly and staff very attentive.

I really enjoy stay here, the hotel is really nice, I really like their bathroom, will definitely comeback to stay here again.

Super hotel! It's very cozy with a beautiful, spacious property that's kept impeccably clean. The pool is excellent with ocean views, and the staff deserves a special mention – they are incredibly lovely, friendly, and helpful. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. There's also a private spa. The rooms are stylish, and the linens and towels are clean. It's a 15-minute ride to the port for the Gili Islands and 15 minutes to Pepito by scooter. You can get anywhere by scooter, and you can even book excursions right by the pool (we took a tour to Mount Rinjani). But for those who just want to chill, this hotel is perfect; you can have lunch and dinner at the restaurant. There's a bar, shisha, cocktails 👍, billiards, and darts. The sunsets on the beach are magnificent, and there were themed bonfire parties on the shore several times 😍. Super manager Jay fulfilled any request instantly 🤝, and the hotel manager always keeps everything under control, which is why it's so clean and beautiful 😍. Thank you for a fantastic vacation 🫶. We will definitely be back again ❤️.

The pool view is amazing, you can see Bali's volcano across the sea. The satay barbecue at the restaurant was just okay. The room was a bit old, and the second-floor room didn't have any power outlets. The outdoor shower was nice though.

I rarely leave reviews but we enjoyed our stay here so much that it warrants one.Lovely people,lovely place.Hope to be back here someday.

We extended our stay due to the chill atmosphere with a great Agung pool view for a reasonable price. Encouraging everyone to stay.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is quiet, and the sunsets on the beach are stunning. The swimming pool is lovely, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a great balance of Asian and European dishes. The hotel isn't new, and some amenities are a bit tired, but everything is clean and well-maintained. The location is a little isolated—however, that makes it perfect for those planning to rent a bike. Overall, great value for money.

Outdoor bathroom is just the best, room is little worn down, hair dryer looks like a toy, but the resort is in a beautifully cared garden which is so calming, location is by the sea but cannot swim due to strong current, will choose here again if I come back to sengigi.

Great hotel with spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, and good breakfasts. There is a catch though: the beach is for surfers with big waves, a rocky entry into the sea, poor surrounding infrastructure, and dining options are limited to the hotel only.

For a solo stay, it's not the best, but not bad either. The facilities are great, but as I said, it's more for couples.

Too old, too run-down, too outdated. The staff were very nice, but the hotel itself was just a huge disappointment. If the price were around 300.000, I wouldn't complain.
