Fitness antrenmanlarımı Ramada Spa'da yapıyorum. Gerek Restaurant gerekse Özsüt'te keyifle vakit geçirebileceğiniz sakin ve sessiz bir mekan. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili.. Malata'da sektörün en iyi Oteli.

This day everything was closed due to cleaning? We booked this hotel because of spa, pool and sauna.
After discussing, we were allowed to the pool, freezing pool,. Also charged a fee for this
Don't portrait yourself as a poll/spa hotel when you are not.
We had Breakfast in the room which was nice.

Standart odaları bile çoğu ramada dan daha geniş, ayrıca yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Sadece duş bölümü biraz küçük ve her otelin kronik sorunu olan duş hortumu su kaçırıyordu. Kahvaltısı açık büfe olarak ***et güzeldi ve resepsiyonda ki Miraç bey bizimle çok ilgilenip erken check in yapmamıza ve şarj aletimi kaybettiğimde de yardımcı olup otelinkini bizlere verdi.

yıllardır iş icabı geldiğimde kaldığım otelde şu ana kadar ciddi sorun olarak gözlemlediğim sorunların çoğunu çözdünüz. en sevindiğim durum banyodan gelen kokunun kesilmiş olması ancak otel sahibine de iletmeme rağmen bir daha yazıyorum. sıcak suyunuzun hattından kaynaklı olarak yaşanan bazı odalarda sıcak suyun çok geç gelmesi ve geldiğinde de özellikle kışın sıcak gelmemesi sorununu çözemediniz. bu aşamada su israfı çok ciddi. ısıtıcılarınızın ve klimalarınızın bakımlarını aksattığınızı ciddi olarak düşünüyorum. çalışma masası kullanmak zorundayım ancak koltuğun her ayrıntısını hissetmek istemiyorum. banyo duş bataryalarınız eskidi, mobilyalar eskidi, koltuklar eskidi, klozetiniz eskidi zira temizliğinden emin olmama rağmen çok kötü görünüyor. ciddi bir bakıma girmeniz gerekiyor. personelinize teşekkürler bu arada.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Temiz bir otel bir problem ile karşılamadım.Konumu güzel merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. İçinde bulunan Özsüt çok başarılı değil tatlılar taze değildi otele mi ait ayrı işletmemi bilmiyorum ancak otel tavsiye edilir.

Kahvaltı çeşitleri dışında temiz güzel bir otel. Farklı illerdeki Ramadalara göre kahvaltısı on üzerinden dört. 10’un dışında bir sıkıntı yok. Malatya’da rahatça tercih edeceğiniz bir otel teşekkür ederiz
