This was our 4th time on the resort, and as every single time, the experience was just incredible. From the staff who are genuinely friendly and caring, to the facilities that are thought in a way where families can enjoy different parts of the island. We honesty can’t wait to be back!

Super nice services, with personal butler. Big room, we stayed in a villa with slide. Kids loved the slide (8 and 11 years) All inclusives meals are impressive, laundry and spa servise were great as well. Our butler Saleem is excellent ❤️ . He made our holiday special.

It was my first trip to Maldives with my parents, my husbanh and 2 kids for 7 nights and 8 days. Our Butler was Salerm, and he was very kind to us and well informed and guided the hotel. Our room with slides, kids enjoyed the slide and ocean a lot. Great restaurants and drinks all inclusive.

It was my first trip to Maldives for my honeymoon for 5 nights and 6 days. Our Butler was Moosa, and he was very kind to us and well informed and guided the Maldives. Also, Khai and brine, who work at Sang bar, offered us a cocktail class for free and presented us with bottles of multicolored sand. They made unforgettable memories of the Maldives.

Late review however this place has been on my mind ever since we left and as a family, we as a family cannot wait to visit again. Similar to all the other reviews written, it was hospitality at it's very best from the moment we landed in Male to our departure. Ashveen was our butler and he was very accommodating to all our needs, I appreciated that every meal was planned for us (but we could change if we chose to) we didn't have to think about making reservations or deciding which restaurant to dine at as these were all taken care of by our butler. I got stranded a few times because of rain and Ashveen would very promptly (with a huge smile) pick me up in a golf cart and have my bicycle delivered back to our villa. Every morning at breakfast, the managers would greet us to start the day. As my husband and I were keen on exploring the reefs they would share different tips and the different types of marine life to look out for. Every meal at every restaurant we would be warmly greeted by the staff and the chefs to ensure that we were enjoying our meals and they took note that our daughter was ordering fancy mocktails at the bar and would present her with a special mocktail at every dinner. She was thrilled. The ladies at the kids club were awesome and my daughter loved hanging out there and participating in all the different activities. They gave us the option to leave her there under their guidance and we could either pick her up when we were done with our afternoon snorkel or if she wanted to stay longer, our Butler Ashveen would bring her back to our villa personally. The island and the accommodations were beautiful and top-notch for our first experience in the Maldives but Ozen outdid themselves with the hospitality. When I describe the hospitality to friends and family, the words I chose were genuine and real. That's how we felt all the staff were. It didn't feel like it was done because it was their job to do so but because they each truly wanted their guests to experience the very best. We had a truly wonderful time and are currently in the works of planning another trip back.
