Futura Hotel

We had the best holiday staying in this lovely hotel for a week, the family running the hotel are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and spotless, I loved the beautiful plants and flowers all around, pool was a great size with plenty of sun beds and a bar. There was always a lovely selection of vegetarian options for breakfast, in the restaurant we had a really tasty meal, Nick made a vegetarian moussaka for me which was delicious. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop just outside the hotel. Miss you all, hope to return one day x

Absolutely amazing stay! It wasn’t just a pleasant stay.. it was truly special in every way. The people working at this hotel made all the difference. It felt like being welcomed into a family. Had an amazing stay at Futura, very beautiful trees and flowers surrounded the hotel area and the pool was very lovely! Staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. One of the most memorable and awesome stays I’ve ever had. The family who runs the hotel is incredibly warm and welcoming - they truly make you feel at home. The hospitality was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious (shoutout to Nick!), and the property itself is beautiful. The whole place has such a fun, relaxed vibe. I can’t recommend it enough! 🌟

Best staff ever. Had a blast there for 4 days and miss the place already. Great and high quality breakfast. Apartments are nice and the inner yard design makes for a great community feeling when coming there with your tribe. Went out with the staff on the last day and they tagged along to ensure we had a great experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, energy, and attention to detail truly set this place apart. We stayed for four nights and every day was a joy. The breakfast was excellent, the apartments were comfortable, and the inner courtyard gave the place a great communal vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic food and drinks! The breakfast was delicious, many nice choices especially good coffee and eggs. impeccable warm and friendly service and lovely pools with great views. Large room that was fresh and clean. I would 100% stay here again.

I stayed here for a work trip and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Special shout out to Nick, Big and Baby George and Clydey! The facilities in the room were good with the kitchenette particularly well equipped. It’s also located within easy walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. Loved my time here!

This was a last minute booking due to our package holiday being cancelled. We arrived by Hoppa transfer from Chania airport and were warmly welcomed. We were given a choice of two apartment locations which was appreciated. The apartments are large and clean. There were two Aircon units which were included in the price and very effective. The cleaning service was very good. The pool was clean and spacious and allows ball games and inflatables, which kept the kids happy. Could get sun loungers at anytime during the day. Cocktails at the bar were very good. Beer a little expensive compared to the beach bars. Easy to catch the bus to Chania (timetable in reception). Also easy to get to the waterpark on the road train - would highly recommend. Also the boat trip was good and collected from outside the hotel. Therefore not necessary to hire a car. Only minor gripes for us was the bed was hard and the bathroom a bit dingy.
