The hotel has that very Scandinavian feel—simple, functional, and quietly cozy. Nothing overly fancy, but everything you need is there. Our room was surprisingly spacious, and having a kitchenette was a big plus, especially when traveling with a toddler. Location-wise, it’s in a really nice spot—close enough to the city center, but still peaceful. Malmö itself is such a slow-paced, calming city, and this stay really matched that energy. We found ourselves enjoying the little things more—morning light through the windows, easy walks around the neighborhood, and just taking things slow. Breakfast was decent, staff were friendly, and the whole experience felt easy and fuss-free. Not a “wow luxury” kind of place—but a comfortable, well-thought-out stay that lets you truly enjoy Malmö at your own pace

Recently stayed at Scandic Malmo City Hotel and the experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet yet close to the city’s main attractions and charming streets. The room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They also have a laundry room facility for free. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malmo. I will definitely return on my next trip!

Good rest, good cleanliness, but no telephone in room to contact counter, no plug near bed, no disposable sleepers, no tooth brush, tooth paste, comb etc
