Our stay at Likuliku Lagoon Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the service from every single staff member was incredibly warm, genuine, and attentive. I would like to specifically mention a few outstanding individuals who made our stay truly special: KINA, the Restaurant Manager, was highly responsible and wonderfully flexible in accommodating our dining needs, showing an impeccable grasp of every service detail. LAISANI, the Guest Manager, is like the radiant Fijian sunshine! She brought the best energy, mood, and warmest greetings to me and my family anytime and anywhere. JOE, the Water Activities Manager, is truly like a fish in the ocean. He demonstrated superb diving skills and guided us through an absolutely fantastic snorkeling experience. BRUCE LI, though relatively new to the team, shared a great love for movies and the Chinese Kung Fu superstar Bruce Lee. He was incredibly patient in sharing fascinating Fijian culture with us and provided the most reliable and steady support to Jeo during our snorkeling trip. However, the biggest highlight and surprise for our family was the Executive Chef, GREGORY LLEWELLYN. Through our conversations, we could deeply feel his relentless pursuit of culinary perfection and his profound philosophy on food. Every single meal during our stay brought us new surprises. The food at this resort—both in terms of the pristine freshness of the ingredients and the sophisticated culinary techniques—is absolutely Michelin-star quality. It is completely worth visiting this resort just for the culinary experience! Of course, our Overwater Bure was amazing as well. While not massive, the layout is perfectly designed so it never feels cramped. Lying on the daybeds on our wooden balcony deck every day, watching the sun rise and set over the crystal-clear blue water and sky, gave us the ultimate feeling of a true secluded getaway. Thank you to every staff member and friend at this wonderful resort. My family and I will definitely be coming back!

The so-called all-inclusive at Likuliku only covers three meals; it doesn't include any drinks. The minibar in the room only has two bottles of water and two cartons of milk, and all other beverages come at an additional cost. The sea views in Fiji are beautiful, but personally, I think they fall short compared to the Maldives. The hotel food, however, is indeed excellent, and the room size is generous.

This is the worst resort I've ever stayed at. Checking in required downloading an app, which was incredibly inconvenient. After completing that, they made me wait for other guests to finish checking in before I could get my room. Why do I have to wait for strangers? If I hadn't complained about a leaky room, they wouldn't have even offered to switch me. They sent food to my room without my permission, completely invading my privacy and showing zero respect for guests. There was no shampoo, and the staff's attitude was dismissive. When I wrote to them with feedback, they actually told me the guest (me) should compensate them! They showed absolutely no remorse. Who wants their money? I paid to stay here for a good experience, not to be lectured and have them refuse to improve. It truly felt like paying to suffer. Anyone who wants to go, go ahead, but the facilities are so run-down. Honestly, for this price, you'd be better off staying in a hostel for a month. Don't trust what you see on Xiaohongshu about this resort; it's not that good. You'd be better off at a Marriott; large corporations with trained staff really make a difference, and they handle issues immediately. I've been to many countries and stayed at resorts more expensive than this one, and their service was excellent. To pay this much for a night and end up suffering, I might as well stay in a hostel. It's ridiculous. I don't even want to post photos because the reality is so different from what they show.

Scenery: Absolutely stunning. The varying depths of the reefs create a vibrant seascape ranging from blue to turquoise, beautifully complemented by the blue sky and white clouds. Facilities: The hotel is quite old, and while some facilities are dated, they are well-maintained. We especially loved the thatched-roof wooden bungalows with their island-style ambiance. The infinity pool is also excellent, incredibly photogenic, and highly recommended by many returning guests. The hotel also offers overwater bungalows and a helipad for direct helicopter access. Environment: The hotel is situated on a large, northwest-facing U-shaped reef coastline, surrounded by lush forests, hiking trails, and white sand beaches. On our visit to the hotel, we even encountered a small shark, and on the return trip, we met staff from an animal conservation foundation bringing back a marmorated lizard, a species unique to the island. Service: All three Fijian hotels we stayed at provided excellent service, but Likuliku's attentive service left a particularly deep impression. From check-in and check-out transfers to room service and restaurant service, every staff member took our requests seriously. Special thanks to the housekeeping department for their proactive coordination and to the entire restaurant staff for their special arrangements, which allowed my wife and I to have an unforgettable 15th anniversary at Likuliku. Thank you, Vinaka! The only slight inconvenience was the abundance of mosquitoes in the tree-lined and grassy areas of the island. Mosquito prevention is essential, as the chances of getting bitten are high.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The environment and sea view are both excellent, but I didn't expect the staff to be so rude. It's completely different from the first time. We stayed in a seaside bungalow, and on our first day, one of the windows shattered on its own. The staff refused to admit it was their fault and kept emphasizing from the beginning that there had never been a problem. They also kept suspecting that we broke the glass ourselves and never apologized or explained.

A trip to the outer islands of Fiji is a must, and we chose Likuliku, which offers a shuttle service between the hotel's small boats and the larger boats. It's a fantastic resort; the welcome reception from the moment you disembark is incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, luxurious yet spotless, and the balconies overlook the ocean – a truly wonderful experience. The meals were all-inclusive, and every single one was exceptionally good. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the restaurant service was excellent. They provided two large and two small bottles of Fiji water daily, and the refrigerator was stocked with milk and coffee, along with ice – the service was superb. The resort's environment was impeccable. Just outside the water, you can see all sorts of fish, including small sharks. It's a snorkeling paradise, the coral reefs are stunning, and the fish and starfish are breathtaking. If we had known it would be this perfect, we would have stayed here for the entire holiday without changing hotels. All the staff were fantastic.
