"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for.
The room was beautifully styled, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of high quality.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the swimming pool. It was stunning, with incredible views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time.
The hotel’s location was also ideal, right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which made everything so convenient.
Overall, a truly 5-star experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!"
"Pros: The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking and truly beautiful.
Cons: We visited during winter, and the bedroom was incredibly cold. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom (only in the living room). The bedding provided was just a thin synthetic/fleece blanket sandwiched between two sheets. When I requested more from the front desk, they provided two additional blankets of the same type, which was still not comfortable enough.
Housekeeping & Service: During our 5-day stay, housekeeping never visited, and the trash was never emptied. Finding staff at the front desk was also a challenge; it often seemed unattended or understaffed, especially outside peak hours. All the staff we encountered, particularly at the front desk, were Indian, and we experienced consistent difficulties with communication."
"The experience is also very good. It is close to the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere. There are also some fast food nearby. In general, the motel is relatively old."
"The hotel is very close to the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere. It takes less than 20 minutes to walk. There is nothing to go shopping except this neighborhood. But it's quite quiet. You need to bring your own hotel to wash without providing any meals."
"The Kimberley Hotel was really good. Staff were very accommodating considering I had booked for 5 people and trip.com allowed us to book a four bed room for 5 people (i had assumed it included a roll out bed) Was very annoyed when we arrived as very tired after a long drive, however the staff at The Kimberley Gardens Hotel were very accomodating and upgraded us to an adjoining room at no extra cost. Would not book with trip.com again, but would definitely stay at Kimberley Gardens again."
"I heard that Brighton is a good area in the suburbs of Melbourne, 20 minutes by train from the city center, 5 minutes walk to the train station, and passing through the Coles supermarket and chain pharmacies along the way. But walking a little far from the beach. There is free parking. A washing machine is provided but there is no laundry detergent or washing powder in a small bag. Kitchenware is provided but there is no basic oil and salt. These are provided in many other apartments, which is particularly inconvenient. Other is ok"
