Good, clean property, well-maintained, excellent for golfers, easy access to nearby Wyndham resort, beautiful views of the golf course, Josie provided almost everything you need on a vacation including beach chairs and towels, lots of speed bumps in the vicinity, so one has to drive slowly to get around. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

This place is great. It overlooks the golf course and is 50 meters from the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a shuttle to the beach club. Josie is very responsive. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying with Josie - and it was excellent! She communicated clearly and promptly. The villa had everything you needed in the kitchen and baths, 2 beautiful patios to enjoy along with beach towels and coolers. I asked her about beach chairs and she responded by adding them to the property before we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here! PR is magical and the Wyndham Rio Mar is the perfect home base.

Family trip My daughter and her family stayed in a neighboring villa. I wanted my own place so the 1 bed, 2 bath villa overlooking the golf course was perfect. Josie was an exceptional host and it was a ver tranquil stay. I would love to rent this same unit again
