nice host nice pool clean

everything good but noise of poolside wedding party is too.huge.that disturbed all tenants. can you put a little control to the volume. it makes the hotel like disco and inside the room and dining facilities and in lobby we are hear the beats from the pool!!

位置比較偏，買東西不方便，體驗很不好，我們住了三天，連一瓶水都不提供，打電話給前台説衹有第一天才有，後面繼續住是沒有的，大半夜我們又沒地方買，後面説送過來結果又不送，第二次打電話又説不提供水，我們就渴着沒水喝，真是噁心的酒店

酒店相對獨立，所在區域很安全，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，酒店內有一個日料餐廳，用餐方便，入住體驗很好。

服務不是一般的差，房間裏沒有水叫了N次直到我們離開也沒有送上來，連續住的床單也不換

位置好，還可以

性價比還算可以

Very disappointed in Hilton No security at hotel Hotel was tolerating group of young persons from Belize who where partying in hallway until midnight. I call front desk and to complain about noises was told we dont have security to stop them. Avoid this hote if you can..

This hotel was amazing. Great staff. Great service. Food was amazing. Great location and added ****** on property was a bonus.

First all i will not recommend this hotel in Managua Especially if you coming from the kind Hilton the I had stayed in United States, this is one of the worst Hilton I stayed, service was bad, I was not treating as diamond member the I’m, I had service washed some polo TShirts, and casual clothes to washed on my last day to check out I realized on of my polo shirts the were 3 spots stained of white it seems they dropped some Clorox on my shirt, I reported to the front desk, they reached out to me later on the day saying they investigated I had brought my shirt like the to them it’s not true, mostly of the clothes I travel they are brought new clothes, they did not want to take responsibility that it was their fault to mess up my shirt, now they washed their hands, saying basically I had shirt with staying, typical Nicaraguan people lying about everything to make themselves looks good, they think they all on their right, I will not recommend this hotel in Managua next time I will make my reservation on the Hyatt nearby galería, and I will report this incident to the Hilton in United States that’s where I lived, at!!!

The staff was amazing except for the front desk check-in. I asked in Spanish if she spoke English and her whole demeanor then changed to not being nice.
