Hotel Holiday Home International - the Mall Road 

Worst hotel..full of dust on wall and table nd chair..spider in room and no resturant in hotel..for food you have to go opposite hotel..where they provide breakfast..no proper parking too..and charge for heater 300 at time of checkin and at time of check out they charge 400...worst service

I visited this hotel with my family, including my 2-year-old daughter, and had a horrible experience. We had already discussed and agreed on extra charges for a late checkout since our bus was in the evening. However, in the morning, we were pressured to check out earlier just so they could demand even more money. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Additionally, the heater charges varied from person to person, which felt completely unfair. Due to their unreasonable policies, I had to book another hotel just for a few hours. On top of that, they charged extra for just a 2-hour early check-in, which was completely unjustified. There are many better hotels nearby with lower prices and much better service. This hotel’s 3-star rating is misleading—it doesn’t even deserve that!

the place was incredible, and the hospitality was exceptional. the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. as for the food, it was absolutely delicious—i truly enjoyed every meal.

Staying at Holiday Home Hotel was a different kind of pleasure. Talking about the hotel staff, they are very nice and soft spoken and the hotel made us meet the car owner Bhagat Ram ji. We had a very good experience. While renting a car from Bhagat Ram ji, no amount of praise would be enough for him. He is very nice and soft spoken and his driver Pankaj behaved like a family member to us. I would like to say to all of you that if you ever come to Manali, you can book cars from Bhagat Ram ji. Bhagat Ram ji is a very nice and very soft-spoken gentleman. Talking about the food at Holiday Home, it is very nice and has a homely delicious food. Our 2-day stay program was very good. What more can I say to you? I liked the hotel and the car owner very much. Thank you.

My stay was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent location near to mall road, it was kept clean. Housekeeping and all service people were very good. Everyone was cooperative. Thanks

It's a nice property. Though it is in old Manali but Hidimba temple Mall road and Manu Temple are at walkable distance. The restaurant is in hotel Mayflower just accross the road. The spread of buffet was excellent. The staff is helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Holiday Home International Vivaan Hospitality and Recreation.
