The stay was very good. Staff is very friendly and very supportive. Rooms are clean and food is also good. The major reason, I will definitely prefer staying at this Hotel is supportive and friendly staff.

Room is Spacious, location , quite hard to go in and out from the hotel via car.if by walking is quite okay. Staff is good, they are accommodating. Buffet breakfast is just fine. In room dining food was good 👍

We've been there for our honeymoon trip. The room we booked is the most expensive room in the hotel and largest named ”Maharaja Room”. But when we checked in, the room has no good views as they provided in the picture and lower level which is Level 2. So we called to Receptionist and she offered us to take a look at Level 3. They have the room with good view at Level 3 but the room is smaller and it is deluxe room. We demand the partial refund since we have to pay like 100 dollars for 2 nights and what we get is like only 30 dollars a night. So I raised up a complaint to Trip CS. I don't like the hotel's reply. felt like i am cheated. The hotel replied that our room is Royal Deluxe room which is very smaller than the room that we got in the first place. So for the future visitors, pls kindly take the upfront rooms as i provided in blue color frame.

I can add to what I have already written. I just realized I bought the corner room, which faces the sun directly, and you should look for it if you value sunlight. The balcony outside looks into some greenery below and a school right in the front. The sun flows all the way into the room and is very, very hot. This is a September morning. The balcony is partitioned off with an aluminum frame, so I would still lock the door when leaving the room. My suggestion to have it cleaned after a couple of nights was promptly approved, and I left my things in a corner. The person in charge is very receptive to feedback and very prompt with what he can help with. This is the off-season, so I can't be expecting a whole lot more than water bottles, but cold drinks they have not. I was going to wash my trekking water bottles with Coke. You will just have to step outside for a lot of these small knick-knacks, but everything is within 50 to 100 m of the hotel. Yesterday, I also trekked up to the Hidimba Temple, which is not that far from the hotel. It really is right there. I decided to extend the stay because the mall underneath and the places to hike up above are both doable. Some nice options are available higher up, but I don't know how many times you can go back to your hotel in that case in a day.

Good hotel. Staff are excellent. Meal was delicious. Staff serving meal As at home. Warm service. Hotel location was Bit isolated. Hotel is not centrally heated As u find in shimla. But you will get air-conditioned in everyroom to keep u warm. For service of staff will rate 5*

Trippy Turtle Hostel is a very nice backpackers hostel in Manali, conveniently located near Mall Road and also within walking distance from Old Manali. The staff is very friendly and the vibe is good. Drinking water dispensers are available. A good hot shower. Good wifi. I recommend this hostel to all travellers.
