Excellent location, just at the train station. We booked through booking.com and got an excellent deal. We were 3 adults and there are plenty of rooms to accommodate families and a small group of friends. Please note that there is city tax to be paid on site. Also just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to the staff. Amazingly helpful. Helped us to check in after hours and then when staying again, helped to order pizza 😊. And you can store your luggage. Breakfast is included. You will get a voucher which can be redeemed in 2 places. It's for a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. Typical light Italian breakfast. Delicious. Just a note, to make sure you go to the correct one, ask before. As there are 2. One has RED flower pots in front and the other has WHITE. The staff is very helpful, and can chat to via WhatsApp. Thanks again!!!

This hotel is well situated in a quiet area near all attractions. It is fun in its minimalistic and slick design. The beds are huge and comfortable. The air con works well, the showers are invigorating and the Hotel is eco friendly. All these things are great but what makes this Hotel stand out way beyond most others is the staff. Each and every person I have dealt with here is interested, helpful, professional and at all times caring. At a time I was beginning to lose hope in the service industry The Poet Hotel has restored my faith. We have loved our unexpected time here.

Rooms and bathrooms are very clean but a little dated. Also outside the hotel can be refreshing. Breakfast was good and extensive enough, certainly according to Italian standards. The staff at the reception and dining room were very friendly and helpful and spoke in both English and French. Good and stable wifi: 60Mbps One and the biggest disadvantage: thin walls so you could hear people on the corridor and in the room next to you, as if they were also in your room ... sound isolation therefore left the wishes. But already at all good hotel to explore the neighborhood: Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca,... The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a 5-minute walk from the train station. It’s very convenient to go to the Cinque Terre. There is an elevator. The room is small but there is no problem opening two 28-inch boxes. You can store your luggage for free. The price is very high

My husband and I visited Cinque Terra in June. We stayed at the Hotel Villa Argentina. It is located on the top of the town of Riomaggiore. Our room was small but very functional and clean. The view from our balcony made the climb up through the town and the four flights of stairs to get to our room totally worth it. Antonio and Alessandra are the lovely couple that run the hotel. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. Pastries, home made jams, meats, cheeses, and exceptional coffee. All the staff was incredibly friendly. We also enjoyed visiting the other villages that make up Cinque Terra. The train was easy to take from one place to the next. We loved our stay. Roger and Leslie Fiorini

We booked the studio and it was amazing. Brand new and very clean, all amenities you need and excellent location, right in the centre city, as well as 5 minute walk from the train station. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly. Will book again and totally recommend (P.S. the last night we had to switch for another room because we decided last minute to extend and it was not as new and beautiful, but also very clean. I do highly recommend the studios tho)
