Functions more like a mediocre BnB rather than a hotel. This is a family run hotel. Rooms are small and the balcony is just big enough to be able to turn around in. I came here solo and picked this hotel specifically to try and get away from the big rush of the resorts. However, after having stayed here I wish I’d gone to a resort! The room has the bare minimum, no fridge. It does however have a safe. Reception is not manned 24 hours as stated. I arrived at 11pm to find the doors closed and lights off. I waited there for several minutes until the owner appeared to let me in. The pool area is nice and there are plenty of sun loungers to relax in if you want a chilled day by the pool. Don’t expect much from the food, I was severely disappointed. First, the meal timings are strict, 9-10am for breakfast and 7-8pm for dinner. Planning an early breakfast to go out and explore? Forget it. Not that the breakfast is worth staying for, the selection includes… bread, cereals, some vegetables, cheese and maybe a hard boiled egg (with the shell on) if you’re lucky. Expecting fried eggs, toast, beans, even croissants or cakes? Nope. By the third day, eating bread for breakfast gets boring. Dinner isn’t much better, there is a selection of about 4 hot dishes which I have to say tasted quite good, but again no selection and very rarely was there any form of dessert. Hoping for 2nds or 3rds? Forget it, if you arrive even 15-20 minutes late, expect that half the food will be gone (the good stuff anyway) and you’ll have to settle for some plain pasta or noodles or whatever carb source is up for grabs. The hotel boasts a “poolside bar” on the description. Yes it’s there, but unmanned. No one was behind the bar my entire stay. No food or drink available by poolside! Now the staff are generally very friendly, as is the hotel owner, but I’m afraid we had an incident. I had met someone on a Facebook travelling group and we had gone for some drinks the previous day. The next day he came over to my hotel for a few drinks. As he tried to leave, the hotel owner shouts at him and phones me down from my room to explain who he is. I explained he was a friend. He then starts arguing with my friend, makes him show his ID and threatens to physically assault him for entering the hotel! Disgusting behaviour. On my 2nd last day I approached one of the staff to enquire about late checkout as checkout was 12pm but my flight was at 10pm. He explained that it was fine and I could stay in the room until 5pm when my transfer arrives. I double checked this with him later after dinner just to be sure and he again explained it was fine. Lo and behold at breakfast the next day (the day I’m leaving!) he approaches me to tell me his boss told him I have to checkout by 12! With nothing planned so late notice, I had to spend hours in the lobby. I would definitely not stay here again, and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at abroad. Please just

This was our first proper family holiday with our 1 year old since covid and we loved every second of it. The Hotel is very luxurious in every way and the staff are all amazing always happy to help with a smile. They really go out of their way to make your holiday an enjoyable and comfortable one. The food and drinks were all top notch and there is something for everyone. We loved having lunch at the outside restaurant daily and the lil one enjoyed his (branded) ice cream each time we had lunch there.

I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

This hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good. The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc. The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music. Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive. All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.

We have just came back from our holiday... all I have to say this hotel not even near 5* hotel... We enjoyed the holiday until we got the food poisoned. We were family of 4 and we were vomiting after 2 days of our holiday. I don't eat that many cakes but I have tried 1 carrot cake, but other members of my family had a few slices of cakes. So we are not sure what has caused the vomiting... but we have been told not to eat cakes by one friendly Georgian guy at the bazaar, but kind of it was too late ... Lucky enough there was a pharmacy 5 minutes away from the hotel and the pharmacist was very helpful! Funny enough my husband went to the pharmacy two days later after our incident to get something else for his mum, and he met a couple from Washington hotel. Unfortunately, they have also experienced unplesant stay and were seeking for advice from food poisoning 😕. Definitely, there is a problem with food at this hotel...!! The problem is they put out the cakes and fresh salads at 5pm but the dinner served at 7pm, so all left outside for 2 hours prior dinner time. (See the photo taken at 4:56pm and the cakes were already out) There are lots of flies around and food can get poisoned easily if it's left outside for too long! So, be aware of what you eat there. It seems like there is not enough management in this hotel to control everything. Also, there are lots of German people staying at this hotel, and the majority of staff are speaking only German. And, only a few people speak English. There was one rude guy at the bar by the reception and seems like he was never happy... On a good note there are plenty of food choice but my advice eat only cooked food and stay away from the cakes and fresh salad. But if you fancy a cake or biscuit there is a patisserie open between 11am-4pm and all cakes are stored in the fridge. However, we are not sure if it is the left over from the day before... So be aware! Suggestion: The hotel needs to get fridge to store the cakes, salads and milk during the breakfast/lunch/dinner time to keep the food fresh and prevent food poisoning. We reported the food poisoning case to the reception but nothing has been done about this... However, they tried to make up to us and brought a basket of fresh fruits and wine to the room. I don't think we will be back to this hotel again as it was unpleasant experience. We have been to Turkey a few times now and this was our first food poisoning... We stayed at 3* and 4* starts hotels in the past, and it was much better than this 5* stars Hotel. We would not give more than 3.5* stars to this hotel.

If you are not russian you should just run away and cancel your reservation!!! We went to reception and they kept ignoring us even though we were on line and it was our turn And the smell of room was like old grandpa cheap cologne i wanted to surprise my girlfriend by coming to this hotel but only thing she was surprised is the smell of the room And the quality of alcohols are INFERIOR!! If you wanna vomit you can just ask for a cocktail＜3 Meals are so appetite suppressant because of this hotel i was about to hate menemen and kind of meat my girlfriend was about to vomit bc of the desserts she has never cooked anything in her life but even she would make it better desserts taste like soap And they say THEY HAVE BATH RIGHT??? NO THEY DONT WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A BATHTUB PLUG AT OUR ROOM we reported about the bathtub plug to reception and only they did was ignoring us and they said they will handle the situation no they didn’t all they can do is lying to you!!!!!!! i HAD TO use cotton so we could use the bath And they only play cringe songs that you cant even stand or ONLY RUSSIAN????!! Playlists are so derpiest And the elevator just broke down while there was a woman in it she was calling for help and no one even cared. The poor woman was stuck in there they could only rescue her after one million minutes im sorry for her and they didn’t repair the elevator FOR DAYS!! My girlfriend was mad at me because i was late going back to room busy waiting the elevator to come to first floor AND THE EOOM WAS SO DIRTY EW they dont even have ashtray at the rooms really unbelievable
