Stunning place with attentive lovely stuff. Modern, clean rooms. Directly on the well-kept beach. High quality food with high class food management. Great service at restaurants, bars, bistro, beach cabanas, guest relations, housekeeping. All always caring, respectful and lovely. High standard Spa which is worth a visit. Shop with high quality goods. Thanks to Ipek and Sevda,great job and of course to the entire team for making our vacation so relaxing and memorable.

We booked 3 rooms with this hotel over half term so we could celebrate my sisters 40th birthday. 4 adults and 2 kids 5 and 7yrs. Spent over £7k! Hotel is lovely, kept clean and nice staff. Communication with staff was difficult. Not much around in local area. Water park is very good. Food is repetitive and little choice for vegetarians. You could only visit 1 la carte restaurant out of 3. One you had to pay for!? Not impressed. Main restaurant didn’t open till 7pm which I thought was late. Cocktails were ok, basic. They advertise branded spirits but use their local stuff. Spa was good, must try the Turkish bath. Entertainment was very basic for kids, just a mini disco but kids enjoyed it. It was impossible to get loungers at pool and beach so we hired a cabana for sisters birthday. Guest relations was telling me I had to book 2 when I only needed one. Each cabana was €85. Finally she gave in and I booked 1. Lovely experience but food was undercooked and I found hair in the salad. We booked the Quentine restaurant for my sisters birthday which was the same place the cabana food was made. Food was slow and tasteless. Then to top it all off we get a birthday cake which was covered in mould. The base of the cake was covered. Luckily we stopped the kids from eating it. This just ruined it. The manager came and apologised but it just ruined the evening. Kids didn’t get their cake and missed their evening entertainment. No replacement cake was given to my sister. We ordered desserts from menu which again were tasteless. It’s a shame for a 5 star hotel this happened. It’s unacceptable. I’m so glad one of us noticed it and no one was sick. To compensate they didn’t charge us for cabana and let us keep 2 rooms till later. We accepted it but weren’t happy. I’ve visited a few all inclusive resorts mainly in Cyprus where the food and entertainment was much better. I wanted to try somewhere different but wish I hadn’t! I wouldn’t visit this resort again.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4. 2 boys aged 3 and 8. The hotel itself is very well kept with stunning gardens and modern furnishings. We arrived late and we were unhappy with our room location and the reception manager done absolutely everything to have us moved the next day! The overall experience of the hotel is very good. Almost all the staff are very hard working and friendly. We have a few small negatives that we would like to mention that have resulted in the 4 star rating. Lack of food for kids in the main buffet restaurant. Although the food is delishious overall, we felt there was little to no choice for children. All other resorts we have stayed at in the past have had a "kids section" for 2 weeks, our kids ate pasta. The beach bar done lovely chicken schnitzel at lunch that the boys loved but this was never available at the main buffet. Cocktails These were a hit and miss, sometimes nice, sometimes undrinkable, it would depend who was making them. We had a walk along to the finesse and looking in there, they seemed to be made a lot better. Entertainment The shows we seen were very good but there is days where there is nothing on and its only a live band. I felt there could of been more entertainment over our 2 week stay. There was also no music on during the day by the pools (apart from aqua gym times) several guests we spoke to mentioned this also. Beds As we got towards the end of our stay, there was not enough beds at the pool. I came down to put some towels down at 9am and they were all gone. I could see families reserving beds for children that were not even using them! Pillows The pillows in the rooms are extremely thick and hurt our necks, we asked to others but only the same ones were offered. Now on to some positives. The beach bar lunch is delishious! Tasty food and a stunning view. The waterpark is great fun although we found the water extremely cold our first week (middle of may) it was much better towards end of may. Cleaners do a good job of rooms and are always smiling and friendly. Reception staff are very helpful also. Overall its a really nice hotel. A few tweaks would make it exccellent. It has been a nice 2 weeks for us but we feel we might try somewhere else next time.

This is a great hotel and should be a 5* rating but I had an issue with one of their managers regarding flying a drone as it’s my hobby and whilst I was flying on the beach within the Turkish law he was very aggressive and demanded I stopped flying immediately. As this was my first trip to Turkey and I had already lots of drone footage I complied and have emailed the hotel group for clarity on flying drones at the hotel but haven’t had a response. So back to the review, the food is excellent, service, good and the specialist restaurants superb although I would expect to have access to them more than once a week. The waterpark is excellent a little bit of inconsistency regarding wearing glasses on the slides, some enforce it other staff members don’t. Special thanks to Muhammed from the Wabi Sabi restaurant…..great service and Merdan at the beach bar in an evening for providing exceptional service. If I can fly my drone at the hotel we will be back…….Dont book trips with TUI use Viator much better value for money

Fantastic Holiday location. The staff are great and food is fantastic. What I loved was it was not too big and easy to get around . Great water park next door. Definitely going back. Nice beach and not far from local amenities. Gym was a really good standard.

Really enjoying my time at the Paloma Orenda resort. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Resort is so well kept and clean, and the staff are so helpful. This is now my 5th week here and I would highly recommend anyone to come and enjoy this beautiful resort. Special mentions to Kathrin and Mustafa who work so hard.

and restaurant areas are spotless The buildings are only two stories high, rooms and bed are comfortable The staff in house keeping restaurant and bars can’t do enough I haven’t mentioned sports facilities, activities or the water park as we didn’t use them but they are there if you are a family Food and drink what can I say there is everything of good quality - all day

Best place friendly staff really clean resort the food was delicious could have better entertainment but was still good loved this hotel will be coming again !!! Saluha was a really friendly bar staff best place to go as a couple or family !!!

Very good hotel create food very nice staff very clean food hotel was very clean large fields a lot of activities all staff very polite drinks are perfect rooms are very clean there are three lovely swimming pools nice location next to the sea we will definitely come back next year
