Aqi Pegasos World

Fantastic week for three families with young children. Exceeded expectations and will definitely return. The complex is exceptionally clean, with smiling staff constantly on the go. Food was varied and delicious, they cater for so many tastes. Every person I encountered who worked at Pegasos world was friendly and welcoming, and they seemed genuinely happy to work there. Whilst lots of people did claim sun-beds, there is plenty to go around, and lots of shady spots too. The pool had enough for all our children to choose from (ages 3 to 9) and plenty for older kids and adults too. Snack bars were also great, and had some brilliant options for adults and kids. Toilets always clean throughout the resort Water park was brilliant and the lifeguards at all of the pools were observant and always checking on kids. Beach was gorgeous and evening entertainment was fun. We stayed in block 3 and while no fault with the room itself other than a bit dated, I didn’t like the children’s beds closer to the noisy corridors and door. Whilst there are plenty of signs saying to respect rooms and stay quiet in the corridors not many pay attention to that, but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Highly recommend the Deluxe 2 bedroom suite if available (which friends stayed in) as they are more modern and have a proper separate bedroom that hasn’t got a window that looks out onto a corridor. Biggest bugbear was the prices of the supermarket. If your kids will fancy a biscuit or some crisps then pack some. The shop is insanely overpriced. Same for the pool floats and snorkels etc. The other shops selling gifts and clothes are all excellent with lovely owners. Kids are sad to leave, adults equally so! Looking forward to returning next year.

Me and my partner have spent a week at this hotel and I have to say we had everything we needed. Rooms were big, nice and very clean, food was good you can always find something to eat, the children have a lot of things to do. The entertainment is good, nice shows at night. So overall a nice week

Mayıs başında çok kısa süreli kaldık.Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Personel sayısı yeterli ve hem güleryüzlü hem de yardımseverler. Kaldığımız oda büyük ve temizliği iyiydi. Devasa bir havuzu ve büyük bir aquaparkı var. Yemek çeşidi çok olmasa da yeterli, lezzeti de iyi. Alakart restoranlarından İtalyan oldukça başarılı, Türk olanı ortalama. Tatlıları biraz zayıf ama biz çok önemsemedik. Çocuklar için de iyi atmosfer var. Onlara özel yarışmalar ve aktiviteler düzenliyorlardı. Otel sanırım fiyatı makul tutmak için bir çok yiyeceği ve aktiviteyi paralı sunuyor. Galeto dondurma, şekerlemeler, vs ücretli. Etrafta ekstra para harcamanıza neden olabilecek bir çok şey var. keyfe keder tabii. Eleştirebileceğim iki konu var. Snack restoranda tabaklar karton, çatal bıçak ahşabımsı. Açıkçası benim hoşuma gitmedi. Bir de lobi bar dışında içecekler plastik bardaklarda. İçecek kalitesi de eh işte. Özetle fiyatına göre sunduğu performans çok başarılı. Tavsiye ederim.

Excellent service from Roza ( manager of the public relation ). I invited my sister in law during the day time for couple hours to help my son who has 4 disabilities. I really appreciate it for really good service. And Arzu abla was kind while we walking out with my son. She is so kind person we loved her too.

Helpful personal. Roza and Arzu perfectly helped me. we have been with my 2 children and 2 cousins. Arzuhonim helped us with helping the children and the reception helped us change rooms because the first room was a bit smaller. Nice and helpful staff. Very good food, there is everything possible. There are very large slides, tennis, various exercises, activities for children and adults.

I stayed at this incredible hotel for a week and It was nothing less than amazing in every department all the staff are so kind and always have a smile, from checking in to checking out room was perfect and clean comfy beds and plenty of towels, they have activities from stretching and fitness to games and little competitions! If that’s not enough they have a very good water park! This hotel has everything for kids to the elderly, the entertainment team is outstanding Brodie, Kevin, Sibu, Eva, Ozzy, Malik, Serkan, and Fatih make you feel part of their family, they always make sure you’re okay and happy, always ready to lend a hand! Not a day went by where they wouldn’t stop and talk with a smile! Their manager Onur has honestly found the perfect team, he has done an incredible job with the night time entertainment! Amazing kids shows and fantastic performances every evening! without a doubt my favourite holiday, I can’t speak a bad word about this place and can’t wait to come back again I will for sure be telling everyone I meet to book a holiday here!!!

Amazing hotel! So much to do!! For big and little children! I’ll be returning for sure. Food is a bit the same each night and very different from home but still good! Staff very friendly! Emre at the pool bar is amazing and makes your holiday extra special! All round great hotel

Rooms are clean they changed everything food is awesome they have plenty of varieties beach is clean and spotless so we enjoyed the beach thoroughly bar is also awesome drinks were plenty to choose from special thanks to Yunus from bar also entertainment team were rocking it special thanks to Ozzy he made us enjoy our holiday a lot

I loved it here and I loved to play soccer with the entertainment crew specialy fatih he gave al the people attention and joy and always had time for you the drinks where great and I loved the beach
