Well we are back from our 3rd time and it never disappoints, love the upgrade all staff were amazing we stayed friends with a few but the service and attitude is amazing (first class all the way ) food amazing as always, entertainment was fantastic we loved the beach party spent time at pool and beach,rooms always clean and restocked ,special mention to tugba working hard even though pregnant, metin a credit to the hotel along with ramazan and bahar top service always smiling never an empty glass,harun and Ali in the turkish restaurant top guys always spoil us ,faruk served us at lunch another top guy ,down the beach we were blessed to have omar back what a legend he is always on the go can't do enough for u,gabriel fantastic guy makes u feel special and always does a top job then we have ayse what a lovely girl so happy and so professional in her job and although we didn't make the ocean bar for dinner cuynet is another one the hotel is blessed to have,entertainment wise gotta love Victor brings everything such a personality and entertainer, but my fave has to be elizabeth what a talented young girl she is ,when she plays the violin she has me hypnotised and a beautiful voice to add to that,we had a couple nights down the club bar tom jones impersonator was great but my fave was (sorry can't remember the name) but was 3 guys guitar double bass and drums they just blew me away fantastic hope they there next year and saidow never disappoint.i could honestly write and write good things about this hotel its just perfect,all staff are amazing only slight negative which didn't really bother us was that we were in the adults area and now n again we get a couple young en's by the pool and we had a family in cabana next to us but didn't spoil our day ,we will be back again

Lovely Hotel,great food,restaurant staff are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them.Lovely singer or violinist playing in the evening .beach is beautiful.12 Euro to nearest town side,which has a lovely harbour.We shall definitely returning next year.

What can I say about this absolutely wonderful place! This was our 7th visit! The hotel has been renovated ( even though we thought it was wonderful before) we usually visit at Easter, must say our visits in the future will be may again. The hotels renovations are amazing, it’s beautiful. Now, on to the staff and management, our youngest daughter had her wedding here, everything was perfect. The staff can’t do enough for you, they are truly the best staff we have met on our many travels. Today I had to speak to the manager ( nothing major) but, everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. I cannot praise them enough. Well done to Akra Barut Sorgan for employing a fantastic team. By the way. Usually we book the restaurants, we were lazy this time and kept forgetting!! We mostly ate at the buffet restaurant, there are no complaints from us. A massive choice of food ( if you can’t find anything, or have any complaints there’s something wrong with you!!) The hotels is 24 hour all inclusive, after the buffet closes the main restaurant changes to alacarte loads to eat and loads to drink. Again I cannot praise the staff and management enough. The Akra Sorgun Sensatori by Tui has to be the only choice for couples and Families. There are clear separations to allow adults only to enjoy peaceful surroundings and everything also that families with children of all ages require for a five star holiday. The staff are so friendly and attentive and give everything to make the holiday special.we have had an amazing 2 weeks and were delighted with all the new refurbishments carried out which make for a perfect holiday. Rooms are so relaxing and perfect in every way designed especially to make you feel relaxed. Food is of the highest quality and there is something for everyone 24 hours a day. Drinks are premium brand served in style by the attentive bar staff. The beach is beautiful and the place I spent everday relaxing. There are so many fantastic things I could write about but would take all day it’s so perfect. I will miss the very special waitress Dilek who is so beautiful and the standout member of staff. The hotel is very lucky to have her she is professional efficient and on her day off the area she covers everyone misses her so desperately. We have just completed a fantastic week at this beautiful hotel and I cannot think of a single negative to mention. The staff here are incredible, always only too happy to help with a big smile on their faces. We travelled as a family group of 4 adults and a 10yo boy and every single one of us had a cracking time. Food & drink is top notch with a wide variety of food and all of your branded imports included in the AI package. The bar staff knock up some smashing cocktails that we were only too happy to sample. Special shout has to go out to Baver the waiter in the main restaurant. He made an extra special effort and formed a real bond with our nephew. So much so that he is now semi fluent in German haha. Can’t praise the place high enough, we will definitely be back.

Overall I think the hotel is great, but there are some ******* we had, but saying that I'll firstly say the staff, especially Becci at guest relations and Tanner, the manager, were beyond brilliant, they helped me with a dental emergency and I'll be eternally thankful for that. But regarding things I felt needed improving, firstly, the pool, it's a bit on the small side, and there's very limited space for loungers, it was busy in June it'll be crazy in July and August, they say they prevent guests reserving sunbeds but they don't. I've already mentioned the staff who bar one, the waiter in ocean at nighttime, were exceptional, I never once felt pressured to tip them, they were all polite and constantly smiling, they interacted with you and genuinely seemed interested in you and yours. I will say though some of the external contractors ie the spa staff, photographers, can be a bit pushy but that's often the case. The gym could do with an upgrade as the machines are too light and there's not enough in there for anyone beyond beginner level, also dumbbells only go up to 24kg which again is incredibly light. Also it's like a sauna, if there's aircon it was never on. Night time entertainment could do with some diversifying, if you don't like music, musicals, and singing your knackered, I'd increase the bingo, quizzes etc, more family content. And good luck even getting somewhere to sit to watch the entertainment at the club house lounge, as there's never seats and your surrounded by smokers even if you do manage to find some. Drinks were excellent and there's a great choice, my personal favourite, a mudslide followed by a shot of baby Guinness. I'm reliably informed the white wine is nice too. Food was excellent, lots of choice in the buffet, although I'd make ice cream available too. We didn't eat at either of the paid a la carte's but we tried the included one's our favourite being the Olive, closely followed by Safran, we weren't impressed by the Ocean restaurant, thought it was poor selection and service, we had to wait nearly an hour between courses and then when we were leaving the waiter chased after us trying to solicit a tip, the only time in the holiday this happened thankfully. If your stuck with the tui transfer please be advised it took 2.5 hours on the return journey, was around 1.5 hours arriving at the hotel, and it was hell on earth, and I dont say that lightly. People will say this isn't in the hotels control but I feel they should address it, the Sensatori at Fethiye has a separate transfer for its guests which works great and really makes you feel special.

Our second visit to this amazing place and honestly cannot fault it. We always said that we would never return to the same hotel more than once as we wanted to see different places but this hotel makes it impossible to not return. It has recently been refurbished this year and it's absolutely stunning. Every single room has been redecorated and had new furniture and they're beautiful. We originally stayed in a mixed double room but were unexpectedly, and very gratefully appreciatedly, upgraded to a penthouse room on the 5th floor which had a double balcony, separate sleeping area for adults and kids and a hot tub on the balcony. Wow we were in heaven. In fact, we've barely wanted to leave the room since moving as it's that nice! The cleanliness of the hotel is incredible. It's never dirty! Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. You also get pool/beach towels and a beach bag provided so no need to bring your own. Food is another level. I'm a moderately picky eater but was never stuck for choice in any of the restaurants. The food was delicious and in the week we were there, we never got bored. The staff are all amazing. So attentive and friendly. Drinks are brought to you by the pool, at meal times you are also brought drinks and are never left waiting around. There's different entertainment on every night either inside or outside. We stayed at the piano bar every night as it was lovely and cool. My only slight gripe here is that the evening entertainment there did get repetitive as it was the same 3 acts recycled but we weren't really in there for that anyway. Just for a chill and a drink. Honestly though, I couldn't imagine finding a better hotel than this one.

We just came back from an amazing holiday. The hotel is spotless the staff work tirelessly to keep it clean and to give everything we need. The pool guy i can’t remember his name was amazing he just did not stop. So lovely to have someone get drinks for you. The food was amazing, varied and the signature special dishes were delicious my husband had one most nights. We just loved every bit of the hotel, the room was beautiful, cleaned every day and again immaculate and fully stocked. It was very tastefully decorated and the sliding door worked really well for us having the partition. The a la cartes were delicious and the service was second to none. Plenty of chance for snacks we loved the two cafes and bar snacks We took the bus to Side, so easy no 11 across the road all the way to the bus station then no 10 back from the same place just make sure to press the button! Only 1 euro each! I did Aqua aerobics most days and it was a great class set at a good level so i felt like i worked hard. We would definitely come again. Everything has been thought of. Used the tip re inflatables and paid the guy in the shop to blow up the inflatables! Sports wise we played tennis and some crazy golf. It was too hot for football but the court was a good size. We liked the entertainment the bands were good and the acrobatic group on our last night were fantastic.

So at the resort currently, room 1412, superior family, and everything has generally been great, guest relations and management even arranged emergency dental treatment for me which was exceptional. However there is a outdoor celebration area directly next door to the family block and in the last four nights we've firstly had a wedding going on till midnight for two nights and now apparently a graduation ceremony for two nights until midnight, and it's loud, really loud, and that's all windows closed etc can't imagine having young kids and having any chance at sleep before it finishes. If your thinking of this resort you'd want to check what else is planned before you book.
