Flora Garden Beach - Couples Concept - Adults over 16 Only

On our arrival we were greeted by lovely reception staff who helped us check in, upgraded us, showed us to our room and helped us with our bags - very welcome across the cobble stones after a day of flying. The room was clean, air-conditioned and fit for purpose, the bed was a bit hard but you’ll probably prefer this if you’re a back sleeper. Our room overlooked the gorgeous beach where lifeguards work daily to keep you safe in the cordoned off beach. The beach is pebbled rather than full sand which can be a bit painful if you aren’t used to it. The aesthetic of this hotel is outstanding, the cleaning and maintenance staff work so hard to keep it looking beautiful. The WiFi in this hotel is brilliant with no troubles. Our main love about this hotel is was that it wasn’t overcrowded when we went. The hotel is situated on a dual carriageway, but we didn’t hear much being set more back into the hotel. There is a small shop at the entrance of the hotel to buy anything you need, but the hotel is a short bus/taxi ride from the beautiful Side. The hotel has two main pools, the main pool has more atmosphere, music and lovely bar staff who look after you. The smaller pool is quieter further across the hotel. The main restaurant offers a buffet service, where the staff try to cater to multi cultural guests. You won’t be getting a full English but it was nice to try all of the different meats, fish, pastas, breads, fruit and vegetables on offer. The staff work hard to keep this going, around 9am breakfast was a bad time to go as it seemed to be the busiest time, and some guests are less respectful than others. The supplementary restaurants are an extra charge between 20-35 euros each and have to be booked 24 hours in advance. The Mediterranean restaurant was OK, the steak restaurant was brilliant (fillet steak cooked medium rare to perfection) but the Teppanyaki was a bit of a let down, lots of fire tricks, but far too much OK food given, rather than smaller quality food portions. The snack bars are brilliant, we used these rather than going to lunch as your food is cooked fresh by ordering on an app. Certain drinks are classed as premium, such as Jack Daniels, but most drinks are all inclusive. The Boho bar is the most divine and relaxing place you’ll ever visit. Entertainment was hit and miss, sometimes there would be live performances, but sometimes just a DJ. We didn’t mind this, but it could be to the distaste of some. The hotel is made by its staff, they are so friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep everyone happy, speaking several languages for the many nationalities that visit. The hotel probably could do with more staff, but the ones who work there really are the salt of the earth. The hotel photographer Mertin is amazing, he’ll produce you some amazing photos of your trip and is incredibly friendly showing attention to detail with his work. Ignore the hotel reps, they will try to sell you overpriced substandard tours when you can do you

Myself and my wife Sam stayed here for our Honeymoon, this hotel has a great diversity policy and as a same sex couple we found everyone very welcoming and open with us. We had a Lake Room with a swim up pool. What a treat, but it was our Honeymoon, after all ! Well whatcan I say 5+ star, tge staff, the food and the facilities of the hotel were excellent. Housekeeping was spot on, leaving us different towel swans, flowers, etc. every day, and they made us feel extra-special. Mini fridge in your room stock daily, large bowl of bubbly in reception for you to help yourself too at any time of day. The Beach Bar was our favourite place, only negative was it closed too early at 7pm, but the vibe and the sunsets were always amazing. The poolside bar and snack bars were chilled out and great. From the girl who never stopped smiling, going around the pool on her roller blades, asking us if we'd like a drink and bringing us constant bottles of water. Hotel is a taxi ride from anywhere, but to be honest, we loved that because it forced us to relax, but do go to Side Old Town it's worth the cost of a cab, we spent all day and evening here. Go to Nemo's restaurant in Antalya, little pricy but an amazing restaurant with wall to ceiling shark tanks ! Service spot on, too. Only small points I'd say to Flora Beach would be.. A full length mirror in the room for checking your evening look before hoing out, better lighting around the mirrors for doing make-up, better hair dryer and a section to hang dresses in the wardrobe are the only minor negatives we found but these are easily rectified. We had 10 lovely days in the Flora Garden Beach hotel! We booked the private transfer, glad we did as the transfer time was the only downside for us. Upgraded to sea view room, cleaned daily and mini bar topped up thanks to our maid ARIFE. Staff amazing, they were so hard working. They made us some great cocktails, our favourite was the Bloody Mary! Pool bar Eren Ali Pool cleaners Ergun Ali Piano bar Mustafa Beach bar ( Best Bloody Mary) Safak Ismil Guest service Dianna Sorry if I’ve missed anyone out! We booked the steak restaurant, highly recommend! The buffet was also amazing, so much choice…….how people can say it’s repetitive is beyond me? Always plenty of sun beds, lovely clean pool with nice Jacuzzi.

Absolutely stunning hotel. We came for our honeymoon, and we have been treated like royalty and been given a room upgrade and a free bottle of champagne. The staff are all so amazing and attentive, they really look after you. During our stay, we spent a lot of time in the Schiller coffee house where Reyhan and a few others work. Reyhan really stood out to us as she was so kind and helpful and provided me with lots and lots of coffee and I never had to ask what I wanted as she always remembered my order and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much Reyhan, will really miss spending time with you in the coffee house. A special thank you to Muhammed Said, Yildrim, and Samet for really taking care of us. This hotel is so romantic and really goes above and beyond to make you feel special. We could not have asked for a better honeymoon experience. Also really impressed with the woman on the skates who worked at the pool bar I'm sad I never got her name but it's so impressive to see her zoom around the pool carrying drinks, she's so quick and always there to get you a new order. The food is always so good with lots of choice for salad and other food items. We never struggled to eat here and its all so tasty. Thank you so much, Flora Garden Beach Hotel, for giving us the best time. We really hope we can come back soon.

Just got back from flora garden after a week away with a friend. I’ll start with positives for this hotel:- The hotel is beautiful we had the most amazing view from our room, the hotel was clean tidy and inviting. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room stocked and spotless. The pool was great plenty of beds for us to choose from but we are early risers. The young girl on roller skates pool side was fabulous she’s a definite asset to the hotel staff. Unfortunately there where quite a few negatives:- One of the last reviews was correct this hotel is not geared toward uk guests! If you spoke Turkish or German you where fine but we had trouble and used google translate for even the simplest things like “can we have water please” Agreed the beds are super hard and we also had trouble sleeping but heard no noise in our room from traffic. We found something to eat most days as we stuck to salad but the hot food was less than desired and very unappealing unless you wanted chips and pizza every night! Also in this allergen world we live in there was not signage for the cold food and it wasn’t identifiable. There seem to be no organisation for staff in food areas, Saturday there was a storm which shut the outside dining area quite rightly, but that left inside a bit of a nightmare to find a table, there was no direction from staff as to where to sit, tables not cleaned, we had hunt for cutlery nearly the whole time we dined and to flag down a waiter for drinks was even harder! Again there seemed to be not organisation. Being bugged while poolside can get annoying, no we didn’t want a tattoo or a massage or our picture taken but there were persistent to much of a hard sell for us I’m afraid. Maintenance issues were a little slow. arriving late at night and wanting a shower didn’t happen as we had no shower head on the shower! On leaving the shower room provided didn’t work either. Maintenance work on beach at night was not expected and a little loud, I’ve also never been to an AI hotel and pay for drinks after 11pm the speciality restaurants were not open (extra cost) so we couldn’t even use them. Unfortunately these things where a huge minus to us so sadly will not return. it’s a shame as the hotel is lovely and could be so much more.

Super nice stay. Clean rooms, friendly but sometimes a bit persistent staff. Super good food. Drinks could be better Tho. Super sweet animators. Special thx to dj nox and blondie for making the stay unforgettable with many activities and programs and nice music and pool parties

Lovely holiday! Such a beautiful destination with lovely beach and pool area. Staff are extremely lovely and kind and will go out of your way to make your day! The events manager was so friendly and lovely! Thank mami you are the best!! you everyone at flora gardens!

When we arrived reception was very good. Rooms were also very good and hygiene was perfect. Food in the restaurant was also very good. A lot of variety with fruits and a lot of meat etc. A lot of bars were good as well with much different kinds of alcohol. Animation was also very good. Overall very good hotel.

A very good hotel overall. The rooms are very clean and modern. The hotel is very spatious for the amount of rooms it has, which makes for a very pleasant stay. The fitness is compact but does the job. We were going at the very beginning of the season so not all bars were open, but overall a great experience. Animation team is great as well!
