The room is comfortable, plenty of space, and the bathroom is also spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are good. The location is convenient, and all the main sights of the city are within walking distance.

A/c is good. The housekeeping is acceptable. Breakfast has not many choices.

Excellent location to access wide range of food

The hotel is clean and with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and with warm attitude make guests feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay and a place I would happily recommend.

• The hotel staff were extremely polite, kind, and very helpful. This meant a lot to me. • The overall atmosphere and location of the hotel are good. The room was generally clean, the bed was clean, and the room was spacious. • However, there were several issues that would make me reconsider staying here again for a longer visit: - The electric kettle had visible dust and did not seem properly cleaned, so I didn’t use it. - The hairdryer was not clean. - The white accessibility support rail in the bathroom had rust and buildup, which made the bathroom feel uncomfortable to use. - The shower head had a lot of limescale, and some other areas also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. • Breakfast was unfortunately very poor. Most items were already finished when I arrived. The scrambled eggs and hash browns were badly cooked and very low quality. I couldn’t eat anything and only had a cup of tea before returning to my room. Because of these cleanliness issue, I might choose another hotel next time.

Easy check-in and room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and all staff efficient and welcoming. Bathroom was one of the best I've experienced in recent years. Thank you!

Nice location nice staff but the breakfast is bored no many options

The air conditioner on my room kept turning off after half hour to an our so the room started to get hot, since it was late at night I turn it on again and again. I believe that should not happen in every room. The mattress was so soft that could not maintain shape, I think this are old mattresses. The breakfast was good, a classic English breakfast.
