I was very disappointed with this stay. The room and overall condition of the hotel were significantly worse than the photos shown online.
There were buckets and wet floor signs in the hallways due to leaks, and there was visible mould and water damage in the ceiling, which was concerning and suggests ongoing maintenance issues.
The lift does not reach all floors, which meant repeatedly walking up several flights of stairs. This was made more frustrating when my key card repeatedly stopped working, requiring multiple trips back to reception to resolve.
The room itself was very basic and not comparable to the listing photos, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned as I found hair in the bedding and bath/shower on arrival.
Basic amenities were also lacking — no toiletries were provided or available, and staff advised me to purchase my own.
The parking information was also misleading. The listing suggested parking for around £16 per day, however no instructions were provided and the hotel was unreachable when I attempted to contact them before travelling. Even Trip.com support staff were unable to reach the property, and as a result I had to arrange nearby parking myself which cost over £20 per day.
Overall the stay was noisy, poorly maintained, and far below expectations for the price paid. I would not stay here again.
