Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the facilities I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very welcoming throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the overall quality of the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would happily stay here again!

Conscience and lots of restaurants around, especially for China town which has a variety of great food options.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of several attractions. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, there's no air conditioning, but there are two small fans. It was a bit stuffy during the day in summer; it might be better in winter. Breakfast is only £10.99, which is attractive. There's also a free discount for children, which is excellent.

The bed, bathtub, and shower were all clean and nice. The women at the front desk were all very kind. However, I think a phone is necessary for emergency contact. It was my first time staying in a room without a phone.

The room is tidy, the breakfast is delicious, and the price-performance ratio is high. The only drawback is that there is no staff to automatically clean the room and change towels every day. You need to specifically request this service from the front desk.

Good location, staff were helpful. It’s a huge hotel. It’s basically a premier inn, you know what you are getting. No aircon but fan in the rooms. Very quiet in room even though on busy street.

I booked this hotel both for it's proximity to the station and cost for an overnight stay. I was pleasantly surprised with the generous size of the family room. The room was of a good standard and the beds were comfortable. I pre booked the breakfast and was glad I did as it was very good value forbmoney, paying for one breakfast with both of my children eating free. On checkout it was a great option to be able to leave our luggage rhere whilst we went visiting. All it all it was a good experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend

I used premiere in for their bag storage facility. After being met with some less than understanding bouncers at another venue and having a general bad day, the service from Philip was just incredible. He was so kind and gave off such a positive energy that was utterly infectious, absolutely made my day!
