Such a great experience I had in roomzzz. Very easy to check in Gabriela was super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Aircom in the room made a big difference in this summertime. I enjoyed the city and slept like a baby. I extended my staying for more 3 days and wanted to move for a superior level Rajae just set up everything so fast and with that beautiful smile even if I had to check out after 3pm it would be fine. She’s a such lovely woman and very helpful. My new room was 1000/10. Roomzzz have one of the best accommodations and staff I ever seen. 100% I’ll come back. Be Thanks for all the roomzzz team. Guys you’re awesome!

We’re disappointed about the lifts currently out of order. Hotel sent email to notice us on the day we checked in after our credit card was chareged. No information about lift being broken declared on website while it’s happened for months. They forced customer to use stairs. Although they provide staff’s lift at back door but it’s required staff to bring lift up-down which is not convenient as front desk is not available all the time. Location and kitchen are good but I may have to consider deeply to come back again.

The room was decent, quite spacious with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom was big, but it was in the basement with no natural light. The cleanliness was a bit subpar, but the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel. 39° day and the AC in the room was great kept the room cool all day and evening. Friendly staff and clean room. Access to cook is great also.

Didn't get a very good night sleep the two nights we stayed due to the bed being so uncomfortable it is in need of a new mattress and pillows. Also couldn't close the glass door to the bathroom so it had to be left open when we were using the bathroom.

Good location near the China Town. Easy to travel around the city with bus and team. The included breakfast is very simple so not recommended.

location is great , however Lift is under maintenance,so we have to is the staff lift , however it only allows going up but not going down , so we have to walk 5 floors stairs to go out. On the other hand we have booked the family grande room cause we thought it’s a duplex as that’s what shown in the picture , but it wasn’t , which I think is quite misleading. Dishwasher wasn’t working for some reason , the construction work start like 9-10ish which is not very friendly if you wanna sleep in. Will only consider to stay again when the work is done.

Room is big enough , all things in proper & cleansed is well keep . Recommended for stay in Manchester , Chinatown is opposite street , walking around is convenient for food . Room just need add on additional shirt hanger .

First time in Manchester and this place made a great first impression. The reception staff ,Rajaa’s really nice. I arrived early and got lucky with an early check-in. The room was clean, spacious, and honestly a great deal for the price. The location is perfect ,just a few minutes to the station and easy to explore the city on foot.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room could do with a small clean in places (dust blocking hair dryer vents and some marks on the bathroom mirror) but aside from this, the room was v clean and had good amenities. The 24 hour reception was particularly handy and the hotel felt very secure Thoroughly recommend for anyone staying in Manchester wanting a good central location
