Room was very clean. Location was great as well. Staff was very helpful. They even allowed me to check in earlier than 1500 as the room was already ready!

Lovely staff and very helpful Perfect location also Negative point : the TV was not smart, we couldn't cast

Had a great stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and very convenient, as the hotel is just across the road from Manchester Piccadilly train station. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful, and even gave us recommendations on the Christmas markets that were ongoing in the city!

Location close to train station so is very convenient.. Room quite clean… I don’t like their cups. Value for money

For a quick easy stay near Piccadilly station this was ok, seemed slightly complicated to get to the station given how close it is.

beautifull hotel perfect location from manchester piccadilly train station and the venue we attended , spotless hotel and rooms where top class, the staff were very helpfull and friendly couldnt ask for more..

Stayed here couple of times because the location is perfect from the train station and a short walk to all the shops in town!

Great hotel in an excellent location, very close to Manchester Piccadilly. Very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, good choice and all very fresh. Would definitely use it again and others in the chain.

The 24hr service desk really helps. Staff are friendly and the hotel is immaculately clean. Good location near piccadilly station. Could have benefited from more wardrobe space in the room for 2 individuals. A bonus is the room has a socket for both UK and EU plugs.

Very close to the train station so quite loud. Bed was comfy. Weak water pressure in the shower

Could not recommend this hotel enough. Great staff with excellent customer service skills. Room was clean and modern. Excellent location for the 02 Apollo, picadilly station and some great places for drinks prior to and after the concert we attended.

The hotel is very good locations to do many things dinner,shopping, etc
