The hotel itself is a work of art, with an excellent location within walking distance to all attractions and the train station. The rooms not facing the street are very quiet. Rooms are equipped with a capsule coffee machine and an electric kettle, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom includes a shower and a bathtub, bathrobes, and a scale. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of the spa facilities, which feature a swimming pool, bubble bath, and both dry and wet saunas, all in a lovely setting. The gym is well-equipped. It happened to be a family member's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake in the room in advance.

The hotel is very close to the city center, within walking distance, and has excellent facilities. Remember to bring your workout clothes and swimsuit if you're staying here, as the gym is free. It seems to be a preferred hotel for an airline, as we saw flight attendants and cabin crew checking in every day – very noticeable. The hotel blends old and new beautifully, giving it a real sense of character. 👍

The all-inclusive room service breakfast was amazing. Spa facilities were incredibly clean with very comfortable beds. Rooms were well stocked with extras and housekeeping replenished such. Minor issue with the lifts, may be a little inconvenient to those in a rush, but not an issue for us. Great experience

It was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself. Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and it looked well equipped, smelled really nice and clean too! We ate to our heart’s content at the buffet breakfast. They have the crispiest hashbrowns!

Hotel is just right beside Manchester Central! Superb location for those attending conference. Even if you are a tourist, it is also walking distance to the shopping belt area! Very convenient! Room is huge and comfortable! Highly recommended! Love the hotel breakfast.

Hotel was impeccable, amazing customer service. Was celebrating my partner’s 30th, they even upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. He had booked the spa facilities which were a dream, the treatments too were fabulous. The fish and chips and peter street kitchen was out of this world too, don’t hesitate to book
