Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly Reviews

Booked this hotel as wanted to be walking distance to The Stadium. Which it is. Clean, comfy beds, plenty of tea, coffee in room and towels. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble.

## Environment: I booked a twin room and was given the option of a high or low floor, which was nice. The only downside is that the windows don't open, so the room feels a bit sealed off. The only way to get ventilation is through the air conditioning. ## Hygiene: The bathroom was clean and the shower space was a good size. The room itself felt quite new. ## Location: There's a bus stop about a 3-minute walk away, but other public transport options aren't very convenient. It's about a 20-minute walk to the city center. It's also close to a station starting with 'P'.

Really nice rooms with a comfortable bed, very cosy. Room had aircon and a fridge which was great. It’s abit of a walk to the city centre but definitely worth the distance. Definitely recommend!

Facilities: The hotel is quite new. Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: There's a convenience store about a 10-minute walk away, and you can catch the Tram within a 10-minute walk. Service: Average, breakfast was very subpar.

Absolutely amazing hotel with such professional and friendly staff. Location is perfectly situated in Manchester Piccadilly. The train station is around a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I will definitely be returning.

The location is great, very convenient for transportation, and not too far from the train station – within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was very comfortable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable hotel with new facilities, a great environment, and nice staff. It's also conveniently located a good distance from Piccadilly Station.

I had a great stay at the hotel. My requests of being close to the lift and extra pillows were met.

Fantastic hotel!!! I arrived in the morning and was immediately given my room key. Both the room and bathroom were quite spacious. The sheets, duvet, and pillows were clean, and the duvet was quite thick. What stood out was an extra soft layer on the bed, making it incredibly comfortable to sleep on. I also felt the soundproofing was excellent; it was quieter than other hotels. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

To get there, you used to have to walk along a small path by the river, which felt a bit eerie at night. The building itself is quite unique and easy to miss. The front desk staff were decent. There are three elevators, and being on the 12th floor, it really had that hotel vibe. Overall, the room was very spacious and relatively new. Breakfast was an English breakfast, which you could order, but there weren't many other options, and no fruit. I ate at 9:30 AM, so it wasn't crowded.

Location was rather far from the Piccadilly train station — 15 min walk, (contrary to what others mentioned) so it’s a little inconvenient for those dragging a large suit case. They gave me an accessibility room at the start but I managed to change it due to the help of the lovely blond counter staff! There was a male staff who was extremely nice during check out as well. Staff deserve a 10/10! The room was nice — bed was large, room was spacious and clean. Only gripe was the small window which made the room feel a little stuffy. Room comes with a small fridge, iron and the bare toiletries. No slippers, toothbrushes! Overall, must better experience compared to their other branch at Manchester central (although I must say that that branch is more central compared to the Piccadilly outlet; public transport and food options wise), especially in terms of their staff. Would stay again but only if I’m out of more convenient options in Manchester.

Excellent can’t fault it , didn’t hear any noises at night considering there was a big concert on in Manchester  Will come back to this hotel and recommend
