The Hotel Nova

This is a pretty good option, decent, but the hotel is a bit old and could use some renovation. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is good, though I wish the internet was better. The rooftop view is excellent!

The accommodation was clean, and all the staff were lovely. The hotel manager was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again next time.

1. The room rate is too high and not worth the price. 2. The decor is dated and dirty. The toiletries are old and unclean, and they aren't replaced daily. 3. The front desk service is quite good, helping guests with ticket purchases and taxi services. 4. The breakfast is okay and tastes just okay. 5. Ctrip is also unreliable, recommending unreliable hotels. 6. The bathroom has no ventilation. 7. Many outlets don't work for charging. The bathroom doesn't have a hairdryer and there are no outlets. 8. The toothbrush and toothpaste are of poor quality. The bath towels and hand towels are dirty and black, and they look very old. 9. You can't check out or get a refund if you're not satisfied with the room. 10. The air conditioner doesn't work well and there's no instruction manual. The wind is very loud at night, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel is under renovation, very dusty and not clean at all.
