I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Cockroaches crawling everywhere, it smells like sewage. We checked in and after 30 minutes we realized that we couldn't stay there, so we checked out. We paid for 2 days, and the hotel didn't even return the money for the second day.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel was booked for 2 days. I stayed for 30 minutes and ran away from this hotel. Cockroaches everywhere, on the walls, on the floor, in the toilet and in the room. The smell of sewage in the room is terrible. The linen is dirty and smells of cigarettes, there is an ashtray in the room but no balcony, apparently they smoke in the room. The highlight is the refusal to return the money for at least one day. I did not look at the pool and restaurant, after the state of the room I did not have breakfast or swim in the pool, I did not even look. Those who leave good reviews do not understand, even a hotel with 3 stars should not be in such a state.
