We went to a dinner buffet with my friend’s daughter. Unfortunately, the speaker kept running out of battery, which affected the overall experience. The staff’s presentation and performance were also not very good. I hope they can improve their equipment and service to provide guests with a better dining experience.

Amazing Hotel, very good location. Good buffet and fantastic staff especially the waiters in the Resturant. For each birthday of guests they make also a personalized dance 😀👍

We had a great time and I left my personal belonging inside the room and I contacted them and they confirmed that it’s at the lost and found section. The breakfast was good too!

It's okay. The room is clean and quite close to both the airport and the ferry terminal. There is an SM City nearby, and the rooftop bar has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was just so-so, though.

I stayed at bai Hotel Cebu in Mandaue, Cebu. It's a wonderful hotel with an excellent balance of location, facilities, and service, ensuring a very comfortable stay. **Staff & Service** The staff were always smiling, very kind, and full of hospitality, making my stay very pleasant. The service at the Executive Lounge and restaurants was also polite and reassuring. **Room & View** The room was clean with a calm, modern interior. The bed was comfortable, and the large window offered beautiful views of Cebu city and the evening sunset. **Rooftop Pool & Bar** The infinity pool and bar on the top floor offered breathtaking night views, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the night breeze. **Dining & Executive Lounge** The breakfast buffet and lounge food offered a wide variety and high quality. From local traditional sweets (like Puso, mangoes, and chocolate sauce) to Western dishes like pasta, everything was delicious and enjoyable. **Location & Surroundings** Parkmall is right in front of the hotel, so shopping, dining, and currency exchange were never an issue. Access to the airport and the city center is also excellent. This hotel is highly recommended as a base for exploring Cebu, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Cebu next time!

This is my favorite hotel in Cebu however we had a bad experience when we got our spa.We got the package around 4k/head to celebrate our 28th anniversary,the service started at 8pm from the body scrubbing then massage.i noticed that my therapist is stopping so i tried to move my body,then she started again,then stopped again,i thought she’s sleeping so i told her “si ate inaantok na ata”,but it’s only around 9pm so it’s not just super late.but still,she on stopping despite I told that to her.maybe she’s too sleepy and can’t control herself.so i just let her stop & massage,stop and massage just to control not to ruin our very special day.then after the 2hrs massage,my husband felt something bit in his arm.he immediately told to the therapist but she don’t have any reaction.so we decided not to argue with them because we don’t want to ruin our night.the photo attached was taken after 5 days of our anniversary and it’s still swollen and itchy. Other than this matter,I will definitely go back again and stay in this hotel because all are great except on the spa experience

Overall, it was excellent. The hotel environment was beautiful, the room was very clean, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely be back.

The location was great, and I had a very comfortable stay. Plus, with facilities like the pool and gym, I had a wonderful trip.

The breakfast in the morning was really plentiful, the hygiene was good, and the location was also nice. Hahahahahahahaha!

Here, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Any questions or requests we had were handled politely and efficiently. Overall, I’m very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. It was a comfortable, pleasant, and stress-free experience from beginning to end. Modern facilities. Check in process was convenient. But some parts could be improved such as the availability of cold drinking water.
