Just a quick stop before flying out. Pool closed at 7 which was pretty early. The bed sheets were dirty. When they removed the sheets I couldn’t believe how disgusting the mattress cover was. I was absolutely shocked and told them to remove it and throw it in the bin. Not a 4 star hotel at all, and didn’t feel comfortable or warm.

Good hotel for short stay , not far away from J mall . Relatively small swimming pool . Breakfast and dinner served at hotel .

Although it felt a bit dated, it was a magnificent hotel. The pool was spacious, and dedicated bath towels were provided, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made for a truly pleasant memory. Local food, restaurants, and convenience stores were all nearby and easily accessible. However, the hotel's restaurant was also delicious and very reasonably priced – I highly recommend it. Plus, there's a shopping mall close by, and the hotel offers free shuttle service in their car, which was a huge bonus! I'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom as well. The food is also good. Their breakfast is also good. I highly recommend this place!

Hotel staff were good but hotel doesn’t worth to be shown as a four stars. It is two stars only. Breakfast was very poor due to the lack of choice and the lack of quantity. Anything that finish is not replaced or supported.

It's a bit disappointing considering the price. The cost performance may not be good. However, they served me breakfast even after the time, and I was able to eat very delicious food.
